Sara Jean Underwood: Plastic Playmate Of The Year

Here’s a shocker: a Playboy Playmate has had plastic surgery! We know right? Pick your jaws up off the floor folks and try not to pass out from the shock, because it looks like G4′s Sara Jean Underwood has gone under the knife. This one should be especially not surprising because she’s admitted to having a breast augmentation that took her from an A-cup to a more than full C-cup. However, she’s been less forthcoming about the nose job (rhinoplasty) that she appears to have had at some point after becoming one of the Hugh Hefner’s ladies. The model, who has also worked as a presenter on Blackbelt TV and acted in The House Bunny, appears to have had a plastic procedure that thinned her nose out and made it more pointy at the tip. All of the work that she had done has helped to make her into a gorgeous yet somewhat generic beauty. It’s really a shame since she was already so pretty before the plastic surgery and actually looked more unique. This is a case where plastic surgery didn’t hurt someone, but also didn’t really help them that much; she just looks different, not better or worse.
