Sometimes people, especially women, get plastic surgery that is totally unnecessary and is a result of some sort of emotional complex. Other times, they get it because they can afford it and they really need it. Such is the case with talented actress Kate Hudson, who after years of being the prettiest girl to ever have the upper body of a boy, finally decided to do something about it. She very clearly has had a breast augmentation, going from a chest so small I’d describe her cup size as A-, to some nice modest B+s. She resisted the temptation to go overboard and instead just made herself look, in my opinion, like the hottie we all wanted her to be. Good job Kate!

She looks good! They are the perfect size on her like she should have been born with!
But…all of those “after” pics are of her during or post-pregnancy. Of course her boobs are bigger!
She surely needed a boob job, she was flat as a pancake!
