This is our first post dedicated to Miss Heidi Montag Pratt but she has the potential to become a Hall of Fame, All Star Plastic Celebrity! Only 23 and she has 10 surgeries at a time. Sure she may look good right now, maybe. Up-close, without the make-up pancake who knows what you might find, and in 5 years or 20? What has she done? Or should we ask what’s left to do? Of course it starts with breast implants. Then a brow remodeling coupled with botox shots in the head. Then, a nose job and a revision nose job or two. Some fat injected into her cheeks. Chin remodeling/reduction, some liposuction on the neck and also the ears pinned to hear head. We also might have to give her a plastic surgery success story award because all of this has made her a star. She wasn’t any sort of a star before, but is only known for this, and she is making all she can of it.

I dunno why you did all this surgery! Almost any young girl would dream to look like what you did before the surgery! Now you just look like some old 40-something washed up actress!! A Frankenstein one to boot! You were as cute as a button before. You looked so young and innocent before and I don’t see how you can ever get that look back again now! I can see starting with a little nose job or maybe a bigger set of boobs like most women do. But all that you had done at such a young age? I think you should have did less first and see what you thought of it first then decide if you want more. And it seemed risky to do 10 surgeries at once too! Crazy girl!
