Somewhere between her debut roles, winning an Academy Award for a really crappy movie, and falling into semi-obscurity, Gwyneth Paltrow found time to get some work done. It looks an awful lot like she had a nose job (rhinoplasty) to thin out her schnozzle, and perhaps a blepharoplasty to change the shape of her eyes. She also looks like she’s recently been getting Botox treatments, but that could just be make up. One thing for certain is she had a boob job. Her breasts are clearly bigger and less droopy now. Just look at the before and after pictures. They never lie. Gwyneth is married to rock star Chris Martin from Cold Play who is also no stranger to cosmetic surgery himself. Chris had a hair transplant not too long ago. I guess plastic surgery is something they can now say they have in common.

I know I’m gonna get heat for saying this, but Gwenyth looks better after. Boobs look much better, and her nose now goes with the rest of her face. Sorry all you “Natural or Nothing’ folks, but cosmetic surgery is not all bad. Only when it’s really bad is it all bad. ekw
Ummm, she was pregnant in the after picture, so of course she has boobs!!!
She was pregnant in the second photo, hence why her boobs are fuller! DUH.
It annoys me when people twist details to suits themselves, she was %$#% pregnant in the second photo – if course her boobs were bigger you idiot!
NO surgery you stoopid tools – she was pregnant !! I know Gwynny (work for her husband and see her from time to time) and she has NOT repeat has NOT had any surgery of any kind, other than for an intestinal thing that has nothing to do with cosmetic, and that was years ago. She’s not like that – she’s natural and is gonna age gracefully. I think she’d give up acting if it came down to “have a brow lift or don’t get roles” etc. She could buy and sell all the tools that would tell her that – she makes the rules in her career.
Newsflash: Women do not get prettier as they AGE without plastic surgery, especially approaching MIDDLE AGE. And their breasts certainly don’t get firmer and higher. They get softer, saggier and droopier as we age. We all love Gwenyth but yes, she’s had a few alterations. Pregnancy doesn’t give women a breast lift, folks. Her breasts are way higher and perkier in photo 2 vs. photo 1. She had a lift and implants and I will bet my paycheck on it. Also, our noses grow as we age(cartlidge). They certainly don’t shrink, so how do you explain her shrinking nose? She had minor things done, and in excellent taste. Very subtle, nothing wrong with it, but she definitely had some nips and tucks!
