We all know, nowadays, that female stars and starlets (and a few of the males of the star species as well… See Sylvester Stallone) have gotten or are getting lip injections to plump them up. It is understandable and, sometimes works out well. Others, not so much. And when that happens, the star is inevitably referred to as getting a *Trout Pout*.

In the case of LiLo, she has what I like to refer to as a *Sucker Pucker*. Have you seen those sucker fish that are always mouth glued to the side of aquariums? That’s what she reminds me of. Just dip her lips into some water, slap her face on the side of a fish tank and she can stay there forever!

None the less, I think her *Sucker Pucker* has worked out well. It doesn’t look over plumped, like in the case of Nadia Suleman (the Octomom), where her lips look literally turned inside out. Has anyone seen the video of her kissing one of her babies? I was fearful she would suck his cheek right off!

Back to Linds. I don’t believe she ended up with the Trout Pout because the plastic surgeon placed the injections closer to the bottom of her upper lip instead of injecting at the top or side. I also think she made a good more by not overinflating her bottom lip as well. Her lips truly set a good balance and have brought out a lot of her facial features well.

Now, if we can only get to her and make sure she doesn’t get too many *touch ups* and end up with Vuvuzela Lips.

Vacationing in Costa Rica, or allegedly secretly meeting with her ex, Spencer Pratt, over some XXX sex tapes, this recent picture of Heidi Montag splashing in the surf has been making its appointed rounds across the internet. As you can clearly see, her nose is bandaged.

Although she has stated several times that she is happy with her looks, and has no foreseeable plans for more plastic surgery in the near future, could this be a sign that she truly IS addicted to going under the knife? Or is this a sign of body dysmorphic disorder?

As we all know by now, Heidi has famously gone through 10 procedures in one operation, which included a nose job. Although you can’t tell much by the bandages, my guess is she had the bridge of her nose thinned or some cartilage removed. As those procedures are done from the inside of the nose, the bandage is more than likely there to cover any bruising and swelling the surgery created.

If this is another nose job for Heidi, this would be a good one to stop on. Her nose was thin enough and, if she continues on with more rhinoplasty, she may wind up needing replacement surgery to rebuild the natural skin and cartilage she has destroyed trying to make herself look *better*.

Whether an addiction or some warped self image, Heidi is definitely the poster child for too much plastic surgery.

Heidi Montag has put down the reports she is severely depressed following her extensive cosmetic transformation – claiming the dramatic overhaul was the best decision of her life. Does that mean it was a good decision or that all the other decisions she has made have been worse?

“The Hills” star has been hounded by reports that she laments her excessive surgeries this year undergoing days of multiple operations.

After all this she apparently recieved negative comments from many friends and called the cops on her Mom.

Anyway, if you were to listen to her side of the story she denies it all and claims the surgeries were the best thing she ever did.
