So here’s the deal: if you’re a celebrity and your appearance changes even slightly, everyone automatically assumes that you’ve had plastic surgery. Well most of the time everyone is right, but every once in a while, they’re completely wrong; Claire Danes seems to be one of those rare times. Rumors have been floating around for years that the Homeland star has had a breast augmentation and has received Botox injections in her lips; they finally floated to us, so we took a look, and we don’t buy them. First off, as you can see by the picture below, Claire Danes has not gotten breat implants; no way, no how. Secondly, her lips aren’t nearly plump enough to be the result of injectables. She’s said before that she wouldn’t be against plastic surgery when the time came, but the time hasn’t come yet. Remember people, when she was on My So-Called Life, she was 15, and now she’s 32; people’s looks can naturally change a lot in 17 years.

You might think that the only thing that seperates new Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Heather Dubrow from the rest of the ladies is the fact that she’s had an actual acting career in the past (she had her own show, That’s Life, that lasted for a few seasons). However, she’s also probably the only cast member who hasn’t gone under the knife, and that’s despite the fact that her husband is a big time plastic surgeon; although maybe not the best one, he’s currently being sued for malpractice. Now this isn’t to say that she’s all natural, because she’s been quoted before as saying that “Honestly, we keep Botox in our refrigerator. My husband is a plastic surgeon, and he injects me every six months.” . Regardless of the Botox usage, she looks great for a woman in her forties, and she seems a whole lot less annoying than anyone else on the show; which isn’t hard, but counts for something.

Don’t do it Cindy! Ugh, we should’ve known this would happen; Cindy Crawford is starting to get too much work done. We told you previously about the famed supermodel’s plastic surgery endeavors, and how well they had worked out for her, but we may have spoke too soon. The 45 year old was seen recently looking like she’s had a little too much filler (maybe something called Radiesse) injected into her cheeks (the look a bit too full), and more Botox put into her eyebrow region (giving her wider-eyed look). She needs to stop now; she still looks good, just a bit overdone, but that can settle and she will be fine; if she keeps going, it could end up a disaster. She was a major beauty icon of the 90s, and for her to end up a freakshow would be a crime against pop culture.

Heidi Montag has spent over $30 thousand on plastic surgery; she’s had at least ten different surgeries in order to turn herself into a human Barbie doll. There’s one big difference between Heidi and Barbie though (okay, comparing Spencer Pratt to Kenn reveals that there’s a few differences); Barbie doesn’t need to wear any makeup and Heidi…really needs to wear makeup. Some recent photos of the Hills star without any cosmetics applied revealed that her plastic surgery only took her looks so far, as her skin looked a but blotchy and her features looked very plastic. It was a bit rough folks, and showed that more is almost never better when it comes to plastic surgery. Montag also recently lost a ton of weight,  a move that may end up highlighting her plastic surgery more than complimenting it. On a side note, Spencer Pratt is getting pretty chubby, so it’s only a matter of time before he goes out and gets some liposuction.

Just so you all know, our original title for this article was going to be “Really Fake Reality Star Faker Than Reality TV Itself”, but then we realized that that sounds terrible. Anyway, today we’re looking at admitted plastic surgery patient Vienna Girardi, “star” of The Bachellor and Bachellor Pad. For staters, at some point before she was famous, Vienna had breast augmentation surgery to give her a larger bust-line, you can tell by the way they hang, and by what they do when she raises her arms in the air (see below); the implants lift up, real breasts flatten out a bit. Vienna has also had a well documented nose job; the surgery was something that she had dreamed of since she was a little girl, and it subtley changed the entire look of her face. Look for Vienna’s new look in whatever reality show she decides to go and be boring on.

So in the past, we’ve discussed the possibility that “We Found Love” and “You Da One” singer Rihanna may have had some plastic surgery in her past. Well it’s very clear that our theory that she’s has a nose job (rhinoplasty) is correct, as her nose is clearly smaller and thinner than it was when she was younger. However, we’ve never been able to come to a conclusion about whether or not she’s had a breast augmentation, until now. Rihanna appeared at this past weekend’s Grammys in a corset-type/halter-top thingy, and she was showing off small and very natural breasts. There’s absolutely nothing fake about them folks, they hang low on her chest-plate like real breasts, and aren’t big enough or shaped nicely enough to be fake. This leads us to believe that Rihanna is really good as buying push-up bras, but not yet interested in getting more plastic surgery. We’ll be sure to let you know when she changes her mind.

It’s official: plastic surgery saves lives! Okay, it probably doesn’t, but don’t tell Shayla Hershey that. The former owner of the world’s largest breast implants (she had double-Ms until she got a staph infection and had them removed in favor of still huge triple-Ks) claims that her silicone chest-cushions saved her from taking any major damage when she slammed her car into a tree on Super Bowl Sunday. She says that although her car’s airbags failed to deploy, her internal airbags held up and absorbed most of the accident’s impact. She was arrested for DUI after the accident (she was under the influence of the painkillers she takes for the backaches that she gets from her massive breasts), but plans on getting bumped back up to a double-M once she resolves the charges. It may sound crazy to get implants that big, but now that she thinks they saved her life, there’s going to be no talking her out of going bigger again.

Well Mickey Rourke is no quitter folks, and he’s back on that plastic surgery saddle; this time though, it’s for a movie role…that he doesn’t have yet. Rourke claims to have gotten his recent eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) in preparation for his playing the role of Rugby star Gareth Thomas; the world’s first openly gay professional athlete. We have a couple of problems with the whole thing though, namely that Gareth Thomas looks like he was made in a lab somewhere, and Rourke looks like your aunt Silvia after a visit to the Botox clinic. Who knows though, maybe Rourke will get enough surgery that he’ll start to resemble a 37 professional athlete…

Angela “Big Ang” Raiola is one of those people; just look at the sheer volume of plastic surgery that she’s had, listen to her raspy voice, and get blinded by her somehow-charming confidence; and you know that she’s going to be the breakout star from Mob Wives. In regards to plastic surgery, by her own admittance, she’s had 3 breast augmentations (she’s now a 32HHH, seriously), a tummy tuck, a bunch of liposuction, and Botox lips injections. She claims that she’s not done yet either, and may go as far as flying to the Ukraine to get more work done. Yes folks, she’s going to be a fun one to watch; she’s a bit of freakshow, but something about her just makes her so entertaining.
