Man, plastic surgery can really make a difference; just ask Anna Faris. Going under the knife took the super talented, but generally unnoticed actress from Scary Movie; and turned her into the gorgeous star of The House Bunny (as well as the upcoming Scary Movie 5). So what did she do? Well first, she got a nose job (rhinoplasty, making her nose thinner), and collagen injections in her lips; that’s when the movie roles started coming faster. Once she was established as a star and people were noticing how funny she was, she took the next step and got a boob job (breast augmentation surgery). She says her breast implants were the result of her falling in love with how she looked with her stuffed bra in The House Bunny, and we can’t argue with her. Her modest implants look great, and for that matter, so does her nose; but she kind of over does it with the make-up on her new lips sometimes, and they end up looking too plump. Overall though,she looks great. Anna Faris is a case of a woman improving her appearance in order to draw more attention to inner talent, and it’s never a bad thing when talent gets noticed.

One cannot deny the petite Jada Pinkett-Smith has a body to die for and a marriage that makes black women roll their eyes. But, Jada, the second half of one of the most powerful black Hollywood couples, is rumored to have undergone cheek implants. In a couple pics I saw of Jada, I thought she was wearing the “Scream” mask. According to Stars Plastic Surgery, Will’s better half turns 40 this year, and her face shows few signs of aging. Will and Jada recently appeared on the cover of Essence magazine, and some suggest that she had plastic surgery. But the rumor was discredited because her flawless look was attributed to good ole Photoshop. Jada’s hairstyle also contributes to her adjusted look. Jada’s recent appearance on Letterman suggests that she also dabbles in skin tanning. Earlier this year, Jada and Will drew criticism from “How Did Stella Get Her Groove Back” and “Waiting to Exhale” author Terry McMillan. The author said the couple was “pimpin’” their celebrity children, actor son Jaden and singer daughter Willow.

To say the work was slightly overdone is an understatement but it didn’t turn out so bad. Although I am not a big fan of most plastic surgery, she looks wonderful for her age. Warwick looks 20 years younger, and she does not have a wrinkle in sight. Warwick has always had pretty skin and surgery might have helped her along. What I don’t understand is why she is demeaning herself by appearing in the hideous show “Celebrity Apprentice?” The woman has been in show business for 50 years, and she is probably using the show to pay outstanding bills and publicize her new CD and book. Some are suggesting her appearance on the reality show would hurt her image. I think the Psychic Friends Network has been more harmful than Donald Trump.

The only chink in the armor may be that you can see a definite tightening under her jaw from face lift(s). Her eyes and neck have definitely been altered to remove bagginess but it looks natural. Her skin looks good, her cheeks are a little fuller than when she was younger – fillers, and there are no forehead lines or crows’ feet – botox. Overall, all that combined with clever makeup results in a high score for Barbara in the youth-defying challenge.

One thing people recently noticed, she may have changed  her nose. Several plastic surgeons have said that it “appears” to be true, stating that Re-Re’s nose has a more refined look. I didn’t see anything wrong with her to begin with, but in some pictures it does appear that her nose looks a little smaller.

She’s no stranger to the plastic surgery rumors as people have speculated in the past that she may have had a boob job. We may never know the truth, but if she did have it done, it was by a skillful hand. End result, Rihanna remains hot as ever and continues to put out hits.

Alexa Ray Joel is the daughter of two mega-star parents…Billie Joel and Christie Brinkley. You may have guessed her father just from looking at pictures of her; she looks just like her dad. Well, she did until recently. She chose to go under the knife in April 2010 to have rhinoplasty after considering it for around 5 years. Alexa said it was to correct a deviated septum and boost her confidence in general. Alexa is a cute girl, but I see no resemblance at all to Christie Brinkley. Her daddy must have some strong genes.

She’s a musician like her father as well, putting out several albums over the past few years. Either way, as you can see from the pictures… She still has her father’s eyes, but no longer has his nose.

We found one! It’s an actress in Hollywood with no work done… yet. She is nowhere near old, cranky and saggy so we will maintain the surveillance. Not to mention she hasn’t quite broken through from B movies and TV series (The Butterfly Effect, Scrubs) into the top films and TV shows. She has been floating around just below big name celebrity status for some years though and this is often when young actors feel that pressure to modify their body parts to push their physical attributes and career up a notch. Amy is apparently a California, natural eco-girl and resists altering her nose, breasts or other features.

She was seen on the set of one of her films (Crank 2) with less than full clothing revealing her natural state of affairs. We’re not sure if this is fair test for the lure of cosmetic procedures though because her looks are near perfect and there is little need for adjustment; but that doesn’t stop many stars. When things start to sag, that will be the true test.

Ashlee Simpson has long since admitted to having had her nose done a few years back. She has recently stated that plastic surgery is something that is worth thinking about and even going through with as long as you feel comfortable and certain that you can live with yourself afterward. She claims that she doesn’t consider her self more beautiful now with her new nose, she just sees the same old girl looking back at her in the mirror.

However, most people think that her nose job helped her looks, as it certainly helped bring out her best features – her cheeks, eyes and lips. Good plastic surgery isn’t supposed to make you look like a totally different person or a person 30 years younger but some minor improvements can make a difference.

Rumor now has it that Ashlee has had more than just a nose job. In Touch Weekly claims that she has also had endoscopic brow lift and a genioplasty also called a chin reduction procedure, in addition to her rhinoplasty.

A chin reduction procedure is very painful and invasive procedure as it involves breaking the jaw and putting it back in a way that will make it look smaller – ouch! The brow lift is not as painful as the chin procedure, as it involves pulling the forehead skin upwards by removing excess skin.

Well, we all know that I think Modern Family‘s Sofia Vergara has had zero work done, and that her giant chesticles are a pure gift from god. However, I don’t think anyone can say the same for her co-star and fellow Emmy nominee Julie Bowen. This one doesn’t need much explanation. Her boobs were non-existent, and now they’re clearly way bigger. More power to her tho, as she is a mother of three, one of the funniest women on television, and smoking hot for her age, or any other age for that matter. She didn’t go overboard with her breast augmentation, and looks all the better for her. She sets a fine example for women, especially moms, everywhere. She shows that you can have work done, and not go nuts. Julie Bowen, the MILF by which all other MILFs should learn.
