Tyra Banks has had some undeniable chiseling and sculpting done to her nose. Some claim that the fashion model has had more than one operation done. You can see clearly that back in her school, early modeling days, her nose was rather wide. By 2001 though she already has what looks like a more refined nose with a sharper button tip. Then later the second (third, fourth?) version appears around 2007 where the nose looks very petite and dainty, a little more pinched and rounded, at risk of looking a little Jackson-esque. We’ll see how well it holds up.

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z have just been listed by Forbes as one of the world’s richest and most powerful couples. What does it take to be number one? Certainly, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are great talents, but there are a lot of talented people out there, what sacrifices and “extra efforts” have they made to put themselves over the top. Specifically, here on this site, what we want to know is if Beyoncé might have made use of cosmetic enhancements aka plastic surgery.

Beyoncé Knowles is rumored to have had a nose job, breast augmentation, liposuction and conservative Botox injections. Pictures of “Sasha Fierce” in her earlier days show that the singer had a bigger and thicker nose. Today, Knowles’ nose is thinner, the bridge is more chiseled and the tip of her nose is more pointed. One plastic surgeon, Anthony Youn, said that Knowles, 29 (turning 30 in September), did have a rhinoplasty and that her new nose looks “elegant” and matches her face. Her nose job ignites the longtime rumors and debate about whether Knowles attempts to make herself look less black.
 Nose Job Before and After  Black and White Support for the rumor of Beyoncé’s boob job are found in the comparison of a 2002 photo where her chest was a little flatter and a 2005 photo (and others) where Knowles’ breast are fuller and the cleavage is better defined. Its pretty clear something happened. And further evidence of implants is found under her armpits. The implants were probably inserted through her armpits because some pictures show her armpits with signs of a keloid – a thick raised scar where the incision was made.
Liposuction rumors fall on deaf ears because Knowles’ fat-free stomach and meaty thighs are a mix-match that cannot be achieved through surgery. She can thank her personal trainer and genes for that asset.
And another minor charge, hair extensions? Guilty as charged.
Man, plastic surgery can really make a difference; just ask Anna Faris. Going under the knife took the super talented, but generally unnoticed actress from Scary Movie; and turned her into the gorgeous star of The House Bunny (as well as the upcoming Scary Movie 5). So what did she do? Well first, she got a nose job (rhinoplasty, making her nose thinner), and collagen injections in her lips; that’s when the movie roles started coming faster. Once she was established as a star and people were noticing how funny she was, she took the next step and got a boob job (breast augmentation surgery). She says her breast implants were the result of her falling in love with how she looked with her stuffed bra in The House Bunny, and we can’t argue with her. Her modest implants look great, and for that matter, so does her nose; but she kind of over does it with the make-up on her new lips sometimes, and they end up looking too plump. Overall though,she looks great. Anna Faris is a case of a woman improving her appearance in order to draw more attention to inner talent, and it’s never a bad thing when talent gets noticed.
   
 Carmen in 1999 Carmen Campuzano is or was a model in Mexico and currently works as an event organizer and hostess. Carmen demonstrates the number one lesson that should be taught about cosmetic surgery and that many people ignore – never go too far, too fast. If you make some subtle changes, a little botox, a little lift here or there, you just might get away with it and improve on what you’ve got.
As you can see above Carmen did have a big nose in 1999 but her surgery was a big mistake. She chopped off about half her nose.
The doc succeeded in making a button on the tip of the nose, that part went ok. What went wrong was the nasal phalanges on the sides of her nose. Too much flesh was removed, and without enough support, the nostrils collapsed. Subsequently, doctors performed various surgeries to try and give it some structure and repair the nose but so far no luck. Not only that, but Carmen has had trouble with infections, fluid and blood flow in her sinuses which can potentially be very dangerous and has required further surgeries. And you know what happened to Michael Jackson’s nose, he eventually had to use a prosthetic, or else plastic fillers instead of actual flesh.
Paula Abdul, America’s favorite 80s pop-star turned American Idol judge, turned annoying diva, turned judge on Simon Cowell’s The X-Factor, has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumors. For years, tabloids have claimed that she’s had a breast augmentation, a brow lift, and a nose job (rhinoplasty). However, they seem to be only partially correct; the boob job and the nose job seem almost definite, but the brow lift might be a bit of a stretch. Two out of three ain’t bad, right? It’s gets you to the next round on Idol and X-Factor For proof of her breast augmentation, we need to look at pictures of her when she first entered the public eye; notice the difference in the size and fullness of her breasts in the older pics, and how much larger they looked just a few years later. More damning evidence can be seen a more recent photo of her, where her breasts have the sag and awkward shape of old breast implants. Next up, we have her nose, which pictures from her high school year book make pretty cut and dry. It’s simple folks, as a teen her nose was fat and wide, as an adult it’s small and thin; all signs point to nose job. The brow lift is a bit more complicated to make a call on, but after looking closely, we can pretty confidently say that the difference in her eyes (they seem a bit wider now), had more to do with make-up and maybe Bottox in her forehead than anything else. Of course, we could be wrong, and she could just naturally have a shrinking nose and really strange breasts. Man, when you say it like that, it makes us hope we’re right.
      
Model Iman said First Lady Michelle Obama wasn’t a “great beauty.” But the two might have more in common than many think. Online gossip mills are reporting Mrs. Obama had a rhinoplasty years ago and bleached her skin. Posts show a picture of a younger, darker Obama and a current one. Gossipers contend the bridge of her nose is more defined and her skin is brighter. I don’t think Obama had surgery at all, just tons of help from Photoshop on images, great lighting during photo shoots and superb makeup artists. Previous photos of the first lady do show that she was a little heavier. But, as she got older, it seems that she lost weight. When an individual loses weight, their features change. No brainer. As for the Botox injection rumors, I don’t find any evidence Obama receives them. She is one of the few 40-plus celebrities I can say is attempting to age gracefully. Plus, before becoming the first lady she probably didn’t have a staff of beauty consultants following her around. Now, she has access to the best and their job is to make her look a million bucks.

Sarah Jessica Parker, everyone’s favorite swingin’ single from Sex and the City spent years trying to keep looking her youngest. As Carrie Bradshaw bedded younger men on a regular basis, it was imperitve that the actress playing her look like she could effectively “rob the cradle”. According to Parker, she managed to stay looking young all those years by taking care of herself. In an interview with ELLE Magazine a couple of years ago, the Sex and the City 2 star inferred that she was anti-plastic surgery, but we here at celebrity plastic surgery disagree. Looking at some older pictures of Matthew Broderick’s Missus, it appears that she had a pretty significant nose job (rhinoplasty) and also had a mole removed from her chin. The “mole-ectomy” is barely considered surgery, but the nose job that she definitely seems to have had made a significant difference in her looks. Her nose went from very bulbous to slight and thin, changing the entire shape fo her face in the process. She still looks good for her age, if not a bit too thin, but be on the lookout; something about her makes us think she may go overboard under the knife someday.
 
R&B singer Patti LaBelle has one of the prettiest voices and a wig collection to die for. In the early 80s LaBelle was sporting a “New Attitude.” Today, she sporting a new nose and is rumored to have received a facelift, necklift, forehead lift, and eyelid surgery. LaBelle looks outstanding for a 67 year old, but there is no doubt she has been under the knife to extend her beauty. She said a few years ago, despite the surgery, wanted to make sure she still had a “black nose.” I don’t understand that comment at all. If you want to keep your “black nose,” why have surgery in the first place? If it ain’t broke, honey, don’t fix it! Judging by pictures from LaBelle in the 1970s, she probably had her first procedure done in the early 1980s. The first surgery made her nose less broad, with a narrower tip, smaller nostrils and a defined bridge. LaBelle stunned attendees of the 2007 BET Video Awards when she performed a tribute to the late Gerald Levert. Her appearance was the showstopper. LaBelle’s face was wrinkle free, lacked sagging skin and her eyes were refreshed.

“Real Housewifes of Atlanta” and “Celebrity Apprentice” reality star NeNe Leakes is rumored to have undergone a rhinoplasty, breast reduction, breast lift and waist-contouring liposuction. Rumors of Leakes’ procedures began nearly a year ago when pictures surfaced of NeNe with a new nose. Plastic surgeons say NeNe had a nose job to make her nose look smaller and to get rid of the bump at the end. However, some wonder if NeNe went too far with the nose job because her honker is drastically different. Gossip mills are reporting that her friends are worried that NeNe is becoming obsessed with plastic surgery. The outspoken reality star is rumored to have some personal image issues, and surgery helps her on the quest to become perfect. Now I understand why some people say that Leakes is hooked on plastic surgery. Why would someone need to have their breast implants lifted? That is extreme. Hopefully, she does not become another Michael Jackson or Lil’ Kim. But, with all the procedures she has already had at 40, she is well on her way.
Oprah Winfrey has undergone several physical changes in her climb to become the media giant. But, how many of these changes was the result of Oprah going to a plastic surgeon’s office? Rumors have abounded that Winfrey has gone under the knife for a rhinoplasty and liposuction. Plastic surgeons interviewed for comments say she is as natural as they come. When Oprah was with a Baltimore news station, the suits wanted her to have a nose job and have her eyes closer together. However, she declined. The change in her nose is can be attributed to clever lighting and makeup. One celebrity plastic surgeon – Anthony Youn, was the only naysayer in the group. He contends Winfrey had a rhinoplasty early in her career. He said that her nose has thinned. When Oprah was asked about the rumors that she had a breast lift, liposuction and a chin implant, Winfrey denied the rumors and patted herself on the back for looking so natural for her age. Maybe if we had a larger crop of earlier photos of Oprah, we could judge for ourselves.
