Paula Abdul, America’s favorite 80s pop-star turned American Idol judge, turned annoying diva, turned judge on Simon Cowell’s The X-Factor, has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumors. For years, tabloids have claimed that she’s had a breast augmentation, a brow lift, and a nose job (rhinoplasty). However, they seem to be only partially correct; the boob job and the nose job seem almost definite, but the brow lift might be a bit of a stretch. Two out of three ain’t bad, right? It’s gets you to the next round on Idol and X-Factor For proof of her breast augmentation, we need to look at pictures of her when she first entered the public eye; notice the difference in the size and fullness of her breasts in the older pics, and how much larger they looked just a few years later. More damning evidence can be seen a more recent photo of her, where her breasts have the sag and awkward shape of old breast implants. Next up, we have her nose, which pictures from her high school year book make pretty cut and dry. It’s simple folks, as a teen her nose was fat and wide, as an adult it’s small and thin; all signs point to nose job. The brow lift is a bit more complicated to make a call on, but after looking closely, we can pretty confidently say that the difference in her eyes (they seem a bit wider now), had more to do with make-up and maybe Bottox in her forehead than anything else. Of course, we could be wrong, and she could just naturally have a shrinking nose and really strange breasts. Man, when you say it like that, it makes us hope we’re right.
      
R&B singer Patti LaBelle has one of the prettiest voices and a wig collection to die for. In the early 80s LaBelle was sporting a “New Attitude.” Today, she sporting a new nose and is rumored to have received a facelift, necklift, forehead lift, and eyelid surgery. LaBelle looks outstanding for a 67 year old, but there is no doubt she has been under the knife to extend her beauty. She said a few years ago, despite the surgery, wanted to make sure she still had a “black nose.” I don’t understand that comment at all. If you want to keep your “black nose,” why have surgery in the first place? If it ain’t broke, honey, don’t fix it! Judging by pictures from LaBelle in the 1970s, she probably had her first procedure done in the early 1980s. The first surgery made her nose less broad, with a narrower tip, smaller nostrils and a defined bridge. LaBelle stunned attendees of the 2007 BET Video Awards when she performed a tribute to the late Gerald Levert. Her appearance was the showstopper. LaBelle’s face was wrinkle free, lacked sagging skin and her eyes were refreshed.

Dionne Warwick has had psychic friends and tons of hits, including my all-time fav “Walk on By.” The 70-year-old singer has also had a heapin’ helpin’ of plastic surgery. Warwick is rumored to have had a grocery list of procedures, including a facelift, a necklift, a browlift, Botox injections, facial fillers, cheek augmentation and dermal filler. Phew! To say the work was slightly overdone is an understatement but it didn’t turn out so bad. Although I am not a big fan of most plastic surgery, she looks wonderful for her age. Warwick looks 20 years younger, and she does not have a wrinkle in sight. Warwick has always had pretty skin and surgery might have helped her along. What I don’t understand is why she is demeaning herself by appearing in the hideous show “Celebrity Apprentice?” The woman has been in show business for 50 years, and she is probably using the show to pay outstanding bills and publicize her new CD and book. Some are suggesting her appearance on the reality show would hurt her image. I think the Psychic Friends Network has been more harmful than Donald Trump.

It seems Ms. Fisher may have gone under the knife. It would appear that the novel and screenplay writer has had quite a few cosmetic procedures done to alter her appearance. According to rumors the 54 year old actress has undergone an eye lift, a neck lift, and even a face lift. One surgeon states that her neck and jaw are tighter and smoother in appearance now. He also states that her eye lids give away her surgery secrets because they are over done. Another critic seems to agree that Carrie may have had a small amount of Botox injections, a few face fillers, a possible brow lift surgery and a definite face lift. Any surgery she has had has been done over time and not all at once. However, I wouldn’t say her plastic surgery was all that bad. Her skin does appear more natural looking than many of her peers that have undergone similar procedures

 Melanie Griffith before and after plastic surgery Looking at actress Melanie Griffith now, it’s hard to remember that she was once drop dead gorgeous. So gorgeous in fact she was able to land Latin heart throb Antonio Banderas for a husband. You might remember she was also married to Miami Vice star Don Johnson. These days, she’s a bit of a mess. Since her early days on-screen, she appears to have had cheek implants, causing her cheeks to look fuller but in a strange way. She’s also must have had a face lift, which is why her skin looks so tight, and it’s possible that she either had a nose job (rhinoplasty), or that her nose changed its shape via a miracle, so I’m guessing the former. She looks like a different person altogether. I’m sure it was never Melanie’s intention to alter herself so drastically but sadly the results are disastrous. You can now add Melanie Griffith to the bad plastic surgery list.

 Lil Kim Before and After her first set of plastic surgery Procedures At one time Lil’ Kim was good looking, but sadly she has now become a plastic surgery train wreck. She appears to have gotten massively oversized cheek implants, making her look a bit too “rosey”. What makes matters worse is that she’s also gotten a brow lift, making her eyes look surprised. I imagine that when she laughs, it’s absolutely terrifying. All this new face is held together by her nose job (rhinoplasty), which appears less “rapper” and more “Janet Jackson” looking now. Just recently Lil Kim has gone out and had another full on face change. Looks like she just tweaked all her previous procedures for an upgrade. Check out Lil Kim’s brand new face now. I have to say she had taken her plastic surgery addiction too far.

If there was a Queen of plastic surgery it would have to be Joan Rivers. The comedy legend has been messing with her faces for decades now. Joan has had just about every procedure possible. Multiple times. Facelifts, nose jobs, chemical peels, brow lifts, cheek lifts. Joan is so filled with Botox and collagen injections she can barely show facial expressions anymore. Joan has also admitted to having a breast augmentation. Joan is known to make fun of herself for getting so much plastic surgery and doesn’t regret any of it. Joan had her first procedure, an eyelid lift in 1965. This surgery is also known as a Blepharoplasty. You can imagine the technologies back then were very limited compared to today. It was after this procedure Joan started her addiction to plastic surgery. Next she had a nose job (rhinoplasty) followed by several other procedures. 
Over the decades joan has had so many cosmetic surgeries she does not resemble anything what she once looked like. Joan has been quoted as saying “Plastic surgery is not about what you look like, it’s about what you think you look like.” It’s Joan’s life, and of course she can live it any way she chooses, but any sane person will admit she has gone way too far and looks completely like an insane person.

Look at these before and after pictures. Meg was beautiful when she was younger.
She was the number one female box office draw in the 80′s. But Hollywood can be
cruel to an actress growing older. The big parts are usually reserved for the young
stars while the older stars end up playing the grandparent roles. I guess Meg saw
plastic surgery as a way to look younger and compete in a very competitive job market.
Well now it looks like the only role Meg can really qualify for is the Joker in the
Batman series. She has that same frozen evil looking grin the Joker has. She looks
like her face is permanently frozen. How can she really think she made an improvement?
OK now let’s talk about the procedures Meg has been rumored to have had done.
And there are plenty.
1. Lips, Injected with fillers or some other procedure to make them all swollen looking.
2. Cheeks, looks like implants to me, or maybe fillers, or maybe fat grafting. Yuck!
3. Eyes, Meg looks so stretched back, her eyes look pulled slanted now.
4. Brow Lift… Makes her look permanently surprised now.
5. Possible Neck lift. Eliminate hanging skin we all get as we grow older.
6. Forehead lift or Botox injections. Meg looks nice and stretched out.
Does Meg have a check list herself of what procedure she has planned next?
One can only wonder, and how far along the list is she? We will be sure to
post up the latest botched surgery should Meg decide she needs more work
done in the future.
Ashlee Simpson has long since admitted to having had her nose done a few years back. She has recently stated that plastic surgery is something that is worth thinking about and even going through with as long as you feel comfortable and certain that you can live with yourself afterward. She claims that she doesn’t consider her self more beautiful now with her new nose, she just sees the same old girl looking back at her in the mirror.
However, most people think that her nose job helped her looks, as it certainly helped bring out her best features – her cheeks, eyes and lips. Good plastic surgery isn’t supposed to make you look like a totally different person or a person 30 years younger but some minor improvements can make a difference.
Rumor now has it that Ashlee has had more than just a nose job. In Touch Weekly claims that she has also had endoscopic brow lift and a genioplasty also called a chin reduction procedure, in addition to her rhinoplasty.
A chin reduction procedure is very painful and invasive procedure as it involves breaking the jaw and putting it back in a way that will make it look smaller – ouch! The brow lift is not as painful as the chin procedure, as it involves pulling the forehead skin upwards by removing excess skin.
 Priscilla and Elvis 1967 Priscilla Presley caught the plastic surgery bug and unfortunately paid the price as the victim of a scandalous doctor. Around 2003, a doctor by the name of Daniel Serrano from Argentina claimed to have an injection to freshen sagging faces better than botox. He managed to fool quite a few famous clients. But what he was injecting was actually a silicon grease. These types of injections, although used in Asia and Latin America can have very bad results. The silicon can stick to tissues and distort the flesh. Dr. Serrano was sentenced to 18 months in jail for using this non-approved injection and Priscilla was left with a slightly distorted, puffy face.
At age 65 Priscilla looks much younger although overall, at certain angles, the cosmetic work is starting to make her face look a bit like a plastic mask. She has overly defined lips, which could have been surgically altered to emphasize the line between the lips and skin. Some say that she might have also had a mid face lift since there is an upward pull from her cheeks and around the corners of her mouth.
Other likely procedures: botox, brow lift, cheek and lip injections.
