Antonio Sabato Jr., who first sent the ladies heart a’fluttering back in the early 1990s as a Calvin Klein underwear model, looks like he’s still got it, but there’s a problem. The former General Hospital star is no longer a fresh faced man-model, but he’s aging extremely well…except for the really unnecessary Botox he seems to have gotten injected in his forehead. Look how smooth his forehead looks! He’s still in great shaped, and his facial features look as solid as ever, but that forehead and that tan are too much. He looks like he bought a George Hamilton starter kit. Now we have to admit, it’s started to look better since it settled in, but he’s walking a slippery slope; a guy with a reputation for good looks like he has, who has already started visiting the surgeon before his fortieth birthday, is in danger of ending up a plastic surgery disaster. Quit now Antonio, age gracefully please, you’re better off.  
Has the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson been paying visits to the plastic surgeon? Looking at the before and after pictures it sure looks like she has. Spotting the work of Botox injections on Fergie is fairly easy. Notice her forehead is heavily wrinkled in some pictures and then in others the wrinkles are gone. You can see there is tightness to the skin as well. It also looks like she has had a possible lip augmentation as her lips appear to have more fullness than they had before. It’s also believed she may be using laser treatments to smooth her skin and give it a more youthful appearance. Recently rumors have Fergie getting a mini face-lift. One thing for certain is the pictures do reveal striking differences in her appearance. The Duchess is well known for her public weight loss mission. Now that she has shed the weight it looks like her face has become the last piece of the puzzle for her transformation.
Fergie has turned her Royal affiliation into a career. Her former husband is Prince Andrew. She is an author, film maker, spokeswoman, and a fundraiser.
Rumors have been cooking that Italian American chef Rocco Dispirito has gone under the knife, and not necessary the one in the kitchen. It’s being said Rocco’s gotten a facelift and an eye lift. Rocco has an unnatural look to him now, especially around his eyes. This could be the result of a mini facelift. Rumors have it that Rocco’s botched up surgery and possible unreal look are probably why his long time girlfriend decided to end their relationship. Rocco was a good looking guy and there really was no reason for him to go and have plastic surgery. Now he looks odd to me. I think his surgery was botched. He looks a little bit overdone. Moreover, some of his new awkward style could be the result of his new weight loss. Rocco is now a lot lighter on his feet, thanks to a diet plan he put together. Rocco Dispirito is what you get when you mix plastic surgery and the culinary arts.

Despite her age the 57 year old former super model and Ex-wife of piano man Billy Joel, Christie Brinkley is still turning heads. I have to say she is holding up pretty well. While she isn’t the glamour queen she once was, she still at least resembles the beauty she was when she first appeared on the front of various magazines so many years ago. One doctor contributes her youthful look to, well of course, plastic surgery. Possible procedures include a facelift and an eyelid surgery. Being a former super model Christie’s look is closely critiqued from her head to her toes, and it is apparent that she has definitely had some help with her forehead. She has no signs of wrinkles across her forehead and no sun damage in her face. Her new younger appearance is the work of great plastic surgeon with the help of a little Botox, Restylane and perhaps a little Juvederm as well. The fullness of her breast may suggest that Christie may have had a breast augmentation done. But, Christie says she hasn’t ruled out plastic surgery and was commented as saying, “I’m just a chicken, I don’t think I would be brave enough to do it.” However, there is still a lot speculation on how much cosmetic surgery Christie Brinkley has had.

 Apollonia Kotero Plastic Surgery It looks like the star of Apollonia 6 and Purple Rain, Apollonia Kotero, has succumbed to the superficial ways of Hollywood and got a new set of big boobs. Why ruin a pair of big, natural and perfect breasts? It’s hard to fathom why some people are not happy with what they have, especially when what they had was perfect already. Apollonia has a petite body type that looks out of proportion with such a large top. She has a sort of an Amazon woman look to her now. That’s not good. I know Apollonia is at her early 50’s and she’s not getting any younger, but she could’ve had normal implants instead of these supersized ones put in. It just doesn’t fit her. Too bad Apollonia doesn’t think so herself. I think the unanimous decision is that Apollonia’s boob job is simply too big for her. Now on to her face. Here is where I think she made an improvement. Take a look at the before and after pictures. I find them quite dramatic. This is one of the few examples where Botox actually showed some benefits. Apollonia appears to have shaven a few years off her age.

Everyone wants to know what happened to the woman who played the original “catwoman” in the Batman television show from the 60’s. Well her name is Julie Newmar. She is 77 years old and still loves getting attention from the camera. It appears that Julie has some surgical help staying young looking. While she has always had her eyebrows arched, she has had a face lift and brow lift as well. Critics speculate that Julie may have had a past rhinoplasty procedure giving her nose a slimmer look. The speculation continues as it becomes noticeable that Julie may have had a neck lift as well, seeing that she has nothing to gobble about under her neck. Her looks indicate that she may be using Botox for her forehead and brows, in addition to fillers for her lips and face. However, one plastic surgeon stated that Julie has had a lot of work done, and it would not be to her advantage to have anymore plastic surgeries done at this time. Despite her age she is still regarded as being the sexiest “catwoman” ever.

 Carrie Fisher before and after plastic surgery Best known for her role as Princess Leia of the Star wars trilogies, Carrie Fisher has been busy these days working on her own legend. It seems Ms. Fisher may have gone under the knife. It would appear that the novel and screenplay writer has had quite a few cosmetic procedures done to alter her appearance. According to rumors the 54 year old actress has undergone an eye lift, a neck lift, and even a face lift. One surgeon states that her neck and jaw are tighter and smoother in appearance now. He also states that her eye lids give away her surgery secrets because they are over done. Another critic seems to agree that Carrie may have had a small amount of Botox injections, a few face fillers, a possible brow lift surgery and a definite face lift. Any surgery she has had has been done over time and not all at once. However, I wouldn’t say her plastic surgery was all that bad. Her skin does appear more natural looking than many of her peers that have undergone similar procedures

 Heather Locklear - When Botox goes wrong Heather Locklear has been adored by men everywhere since her first big exposure playing a cop whose hair was always way too perfect on TJ Hooker, and Sammie Jo on Dynasty. Some people think that she started experimenting with plastic surgery early in her career, but odds are that she waited until the late 80s/early 90s to go under the knife. She got a breast augmentation (she went bigger) before beginning her most famous run on-screen as a star of Melrose Place. She also started working on her nose around this time. It’s hard to tell if she’s had more than one nose job (rhinoplasty), as her nose has gotten thinner and more pinched at the tip as time has gone on. This points to at least one time under the knife, but it’s hard to tell if she has gone under numerous times, or just gotten older. More recently, it’s looked like she had either a facelift or gotten Botox. Her cheeks look fuller and her skin looks tighter, but again, it could just be that she’s aging. Either way, she still looks great for her age, and since she’s not with Richie Sambora anymore, she doesn’t have to share her hair products, so she’s got that going for her.

 American Idol Judge Steven Tyler then and now Steven Tyler has been entertaining audiences as the front man of rock band Aerosmith for almost four decades now. Steven has done it all. He’s admitted that he lived the rock n roll lifestyle for years and years, abusing his body. Drinking, smoking, drug abuse and general chaos will eventually take its toll on a person. Now that Steven is in his 60′s he didn’t only hit the wall he obliterated it. Look at the before pictures and you can see how tired and old Steven really looks when the make-up and lights aren’t on. Now that Steven has landed the hottest job in the world replacing Simon Cowell on American Idol, Steven has had a Botox make over to soften the hard wrinkles in his face. You have to remember Steven is a Senior citizen and the American Idol audience has an Average age of around 14 years old. How is a teenager going to relate to this old wrinkled guy with long hair that won’t sit still? I think it’s an improvement really and has given Steven the more youthful appearance he was going for.

Look at his left nostril and you’ll notice it’s sloping now compared to pictures when he was younger. No doubt a botched nose job. How old was Steven Tyler when he got plastic surgery?Probably before nose job procedures were perfected. For a man approaching 70 you have to give Mr. Tyler credit. He is still got more energy than most of the performers half his age. If you think Steven Tyler is slowing down you can dream on.
 Melanie Griffith before and after plastic surgery Looking at actress Melanie Griffith now, it’s hard to remember that she was once drop dead gorgeous. So gorgeous in fact she was able to land Latin heart throb Antonio Banderas for a husband. You might remember she was also married to Miami Vice star Don Johnson. These days, she’s a bit of a mess. Since her early days on-screen, she appears to have had cheek implants, causing her cheeks to look fuller but in a strange way. She’s also must have had a face lift, which is why her skin looks so tight, and it’s possible that she either had a nose job (rhinoplasty), or that her nose changed its shape via a miracle, so I’m guessing the former. She looks like a different person altogether. I’m sure it was never Melanie’s intention to alter herself so drastically but sadly the results are disastrous. You can now add Melanie Griffith to the bad plastic surgery list.
