When you start your career by completely changing your name, it should come as no surpise to anyone when you start to get too much plastic surgery. Born Heidi Stern, 80s pop singer Jennifer Rush, who is most famous for being the original performer of “The Power of Love” (a song made most popular by Celine Dion), is starting to look like a whole new person. She’s reportedly had countless Botox injections all over her face (including her lips and cheeks), giving her an almost inflated look. Her skin is too puffy and smooth, making it almost featureless. I like to call this look, “Puppet Face” because…well simply put, she looks kind of like a cloth puppet. She’s also had a face lift, which also contributes to her featureless look, and most likely got lip implants. She’s of course doing all of this in an effort to look youthful and regain her popularity, but seeing as how she’s headed towards being a senior citizen, she should have just done what old male rock stars do: start wearing jeans, get an acoustic guitar, and play country sounding songs as state fairs.
 
 
What can one say about the once naturally beautiful Vivica Fox. From her jacked-up breast implants being exposed in public to her screwed up top lip, no wonder she is referred to as the black Melanie Griffin. Based on an analysis of the pictures, Fox has made visits to the plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, Botox injections, dermal fillers, and Collagen lip implants. Her surgery might be a little extreme, but she is still a pretty woman. There are some actresses who have had the same procedures (Meg Ryan and Griffin come to mind) and look terrible. The “cougar” is not having too much trouble with her accented look. In late 2010, Fox, 46, got engaged to Omar “Slim” White, 27, an Atlanta concert promoter. Plastic surgeons say Fox’s procedures have allowed her to maintain her pre-existing beauty and her ethnic attributes. For instance, her nose is not too pointy. In addition, she has not used any skin bleachers. Fox has admitted that she is comfortable having plastic surgery because it keeps her ahead of the game.

She later went on to become a successful actress in her own right staring in feature films. The biggest being the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Talent runs thick in the Tyler family. You can tell at first glance that Liv is a spitting image of her dad in every way. Even down to her big lips. But now it looks like Liv went and one up’s her dad by having her lips augmented and made bigger. The new found super-fullness in her already full lips seems to be the result of Botox injections. I doubt Liv would go so far as to have a lip implant. She already had plump lips so I’m not sure why she would want to make them even bigger. Most woman would kill for her lips. Maybe it’s a father daughter rivalry thing.

 Julie Roberts before and after nose job Julia Roberts is big on the “aging naturally” kick, going on record saying she doesn’t agree with the trend of plastic surgery in Hollywood, so it’s pretty surprising when you realize she probably had work done early in her career. It seems that before she was famous, the Academy Award winner might have had a lip implant put in to make her upper lip fuller and a nose job. Looking at pre-fame pics from her youth, and looking at her now, her nose and lips seems to have changed with age, something that doesn’t happen without the help of a surgeon. There’s other rumors that she may have also had a breast augmentation, but they all seem to be just assumptions based on single photos in certain lights and at certain angles, so they’re probably wrong, but the nose seems indisputable. This makes her seem a bit hypocritical for being so anti-surgery, but she’s famous, so being hypocritical comes with territory.

 Melanie Griffith before and after plastic surgery Looking at actress Melanie Griffith now, it’s hard to remember that she was once drop dead gorgeous. So gorgeous in fact she was able to land Latin heart throb Antonio Banderas for a husband. You might remember she was also married to Miami Vice star Don Johnson. These days, she’s a bit of a mess. Since her early days on-screen, she appears to have had cheek implants, causing her cheeks to look fuller but in a strange way. She’s also must have had a face lift, which is why her skin looks so tight, and it’s possible that she either had a nose job (rhinoplasty), or that her nose changed its shape via a miracle, so I’m guessing the former. She looks like a different person altogether. I’m sure it was never Melanie’s intention to alter herself so drastically but sadly the results are disastrous. You can now add Melanie Griffith to the bad plastic surgery list.

 Jennifer Garner before and after plastic surgery Jennifer Garner might be a natural beauty, but even the most “natural beauties” seem like they’re getting plastic surgery done these days. Jennifer rose to fame in the TV show Alias and in films like 13 going on 30. Jennifer has had a nice run being one of Hollywood’s all natural girls, but the truth, and the proof, is in the pics folks. Looking at older pics of Ben Affleck’s Baby’s Mamma, it appears that her trademark pouty lips weren’t always there. Her upper lip used to be way thinner when compared to her current bee-stung look. This looks to be the work of either Botox, or Restylane injections, but since she hasn’t been spotted doing any upkeep, it could be a permanent lip implant. So I can’t say for sure whether she has had plastic surgery or not, but she had work done, and she sure as isn’t all natural.

She appears to have gotten massively oversized cheek implants, making her look a bit too “rosey”. What makes matters worse is that she’s also gotten a brow lift, making her eyes look surprised. I imagine that when she laughs, it’s absolutely terrifying. All this new face is held together by her nose job (rhinoplasty), which appears less “rapper” and more “Janet Jackson” looking now. Just recently Lil Kim has gone out and had another full on face change. Looks like she just tweaked all her previous procedures for an upgrade. Check out Lil Kim’s brand new face now. I have to say she had taken her plastic surgery addiction too far.

Here is another tale of self-inflicted horrors and a life of shame. At her peak the woman was a high-priced prostitute but now she would scare people stumbling out of back alleys. As difficult as it might be to guess now, it looks like she really might have been attractive in her early 20s (see above.) To put it politely, Heidi Fleiss may have made a few mistakes with her lifestyle decisions (see below.)
The doctor who performed the work on her either watches to many cartoons or else he or she is an old friend from the drug-taking period(s) of her life. How do they not see the reality here? This is another “You have got to be kidding” result. The lips make me feel uncomfortable because it looks like some kind of injury that would hurt and I find myself wincing with the idea of how it would feel. Then, the cheek implants don’t fit and are a little unbalanced. A brow lift seems to have raised her eyebrows a good half inch. How long before she was looking in the mirror and thinking “hmmm, maybe this look didn’t work so well.”

 Frances Bean Cobain and her Mom Courtney Love Today, April the 5th marks the 17th year anniversary of the suicide death of grunge God Father Kurt Cobain.
The late musician left behind a young daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, who was only 2 years old at the time of her father’s suicide. Frances’s mom is the lead singer of the rock band Hole, Courtney Love. Courtney is famous for spinning out of control and is a tabloid favorite. Now that Frances is all grown up at 17, it appears she is following in Mommies footsteps. These before and after pictures show Frances with huge lips now. Before she had very thin lips, just like her Dads. Now she has gone and had what looks like collagen injections to make her lips bigger. I think she went over board with the size and they look they have been altered.
I guess what they say is true. The nut doesn’t fall from the tree.
If there was a Queen of plastic surgery it would have to be Joan Rivers. The comedy legend has been messing with her faces for decades now. Joan has had just about every procedure possible. Multiple times. Facelifts, nose jobs, chemical peels, brow lifts, cheek lifts. Joan is so filled with Botox and collagen injections she can barely show facial expressions anymore. Joan has also admitted to having a breast augmentation. Joan is known to make fun of herself for getting so much plastic surgery and doesn’t regret any of it. Joan had her first procedure, an eyelid lift in 1965. This surgery is also known as a Blepharoplasty. You can imagine the technologies back then were very limited compared to today. It was after this procedure Joan started her addiction to plastic surgery. Next she had a nose job (rhinoplasty) followed by several other procedures. 
Over the decades joan has had so many cosmetic surgeries she does not resemble anything what she once looked like. Joan has been quoted as saying “Plastic surgery is not about what you look like, it’s about what you think you look like.” It’s Joan’s life, and of course she can live it any way she chooses, but any sane person will admit she has gone way too far and looks completely like an insane person.
