Since the day she first appeared on The Real Housewives Of Orange County, Alexis Bellino has been the subject of a ton of plastic surgery speculation. Rumors have flown that she’s had a brow lift, a nose job (rhinoplasty), lip enhancement, cheek implants, facial filler, a breast augmentation, and a chin implant, but she’d only admit to the boob job and some Botox. We here are Celebrity Plastic Surgery were stumped when we first took a look at Alexis Bellino’s plastic surgery profile, we really couldn’t figure out fact from fiction. Well folks, she still really hasn’t admitted much more than the breast implants and the Botox, but she did come up with an awesome, partially crazy, partially true response to all of her critics. Bellino recently stated, “I believe it is okay for me to have a procedure done on my body because it boosts my confidence and I believe that God wants me to be happy.”. We can’t really argue with that one, so we guess she’s on a plastic surgery mission from God, Blues Brothers style.
One cannot deny the petite Jada Pinkett-Smith has a body to die for and a marriage that makes black women roll their eyes. But, Jada, the second half of one of the most powerful black Hollywood couples, is rumored to have undergone cheek implants. In a couple pics I saw of Jada, I thought she was wearing the “Scream” mask. According to Stars Plastic Surgery, Will’s better half turns 40 this year, and her face shows few signs of aging. Will and Jada recently appeared on the cover of Essence magazine, and some suggest that she had plastic surgery. But the rumor was discredited because her flawless look was attributed to good ole Photoshop. Jada’s hairstyle also contributes to her adjusted look. Jada’s recent appearance on Letterman suggests that she also dabbles in skin tanning. Earlier this year, Jada and Will drew criticism from “How Did Stella Get Her Groove Back” and “Waiting to Exhale” author Terry McMillan. The author said the couple was “pimpin’” their celebrity children, actor son Jaden and singer daughter Willow.

Rumor (aka before and after pictures) has it that former supermodel Beverly Johnson has breast implants, cheek implants and had an eye lift. She is also reported to wear a wig. Oh my! Beverly was a model for more than 30 years. She made the cover of American Vogue magazine way back in 1974. She’s been on the cover of more than 500 magazines. She once had elegance about her but that’s long since evaporated these days. I’m afraid to say Beverly is a victim of some bad plastic surgery. She was quoted as saying, “Everyone should have enough money to get plastic surgery.” Well it appears Beverly didn’t have enough to pay for the good plastic surgeon herself.

 Lil Kim Before and After her first set of plastic surgery Procedures At one time Lil’ Kim was good looking, but sadly she has now become a plastic surgery train wreck. She appears to have gotten massively oversized cheek implants, making her look a bit too “rosey”. What makes matters worse is that she’s also gotten a brow lift, making her eyes look surprised. I imagine that when she laughs, it’s absolutely terrifying. All this new face is held together by her nose job (rhinoplasty), which appears less “rapper” and more “Janet Jackson” looking now. Just recently Lil Kim has gone out and had another full on face change. Looks like she just tweaked all her previous procedures for an upgrade. Check out Lil Kim’s brand new face now.  1990s Pinup Queens Named after the Barbi doll no less – a plastic phony reality. With unbelievable dimensions and extreme hair and postures these twins represent well the excesses of the superficial 90s. From a distance, and with the help of lighting, makeup and photography, everything looked great, if a little surreal in their photos. But looking a little closer and you might be a little frightened. Butts, cheeks, and lips of plastic, they are Frakensteinas of surgery. Let us not ask what might be altered, is any of it real? With those wide-eyes and strange faces it makes you believe even more that if you pricked them with a needle all the air would come hissing out as they deflate.
Here is another tale of self-inflicted horrors and a life of shame. At her peak the woman was a high-priced prostitute but now she would scare people stumbling out of back alleys. As difficult as it might be to guess now, it looks like she really might have been attractive in her early 20s (see above.) To put it politely, Heidi Fleiss may have made a few mistakes with her lifestyle decisions (see below.)
The doctor who performed the work on her either watches to many cartoons or else he or she is an old friend from the drug-taking period(s) of her life. How do they not see the reality here? This is another “You have got to be kidding” result. The lips make me feel uncomfortable because it looks like some kind of injury that would hurt and I find myself wincing with the idea of how it would feel. Then, the cheek implants don’t fit and are a little unbalanced. A brow lift seems to have raised her eyebrows a good half inch. How long before she was looking in the mirror and thinking “hmmm, maybe this look didn’t work so well.”

If there was a Queen of plastic surgery it would have to be Joan Rivers. The comedy legend has been messing with her faces for decades now. Joan has had just about every procedure possible. Multiple times. Facelifts, nose jobs, chemical peels, brow lifts, cheek lifts. Joan is so filled with Botox and collagen injections she can barely show facial expressions anymore. Joan has also admitted to having a breast augmentation. Joan is known to make fun of herself for getting so much plastic surgery and doesn’t regret any of it. Joan had her first procedure, an eyelid lift in 1965. This surgery is also known as a Blepharoplasty. You can imagine the technologies back then were very limited compared to today. It was after this procedure Joan started her addiction to plastic surgery. Next she had a nose job (rhinoplasty) followed by several other procedures. 
Over the decades joan has had so many cosmetic surgeries she does not resemble anything what she once looked like. Joan has been quoted as saying “Plastic surgery is not about what you look like, it’s about what you think you look like.” It’s Joan’s life, and of course she can live it any way she chooses, but any sane person will admit she has gone way too far and looks completely like an insane person.

She was the number one female box office draw in the 80′s. But Hollywood can be
cruel to an actress growing older. The big parts are usually reserved for the young
stars while the older stars end up playing the grandparent roles. I guess Meg saw
plastic surgery as a way to look younger and compete in a very competitive job market.
Well now it looks like the only role Meg can really qualify for is the Joker in the
Batman series. She has that same frozen evil looking grin the Joker has. She looks
like her face is permanently frozen. How can she really think she made an improvement?
OK now let’s talk about the procedures Meg has been rumored to have had done.
And there are plenty.
1. Lips, Injected with fillers or some other procedure to make them all swollen looking.
2. Cheeks, looks like implants to me, or maybe fillers, or maybe fat grafting. Yuck!
3. Eyes, Meg looks so stretched back, her eyes look pulled slanted now.
4. Brow Lift… Makes her look permanently surprised now.
5. Possible Neck lift. Eliminate hanging skin we all get as we grow older.
6. Forehead lift or Botox injections. Meg looks nice and stretched out.
Does Meg have a check list herself of what procedure she has planned next?
One can only wonder, and how far along the list is she? We will be sure to
post up the latest botched surgery should Meg decide she needs more work
done in the future.
Wild woman Sharon Osbourne has never been shy on the subject of plastic surgery. The wife of famous rocker Ozzy Osbourne was overweight for several years, and her first procedure took care of that. In 1999, she lost 100 pounds after having “lap-band” surgery. It started off with operations to get her body back by removing extra skin after the weight loss, but has turned into much more. In a recent appearance on Dr. Phil, Sharon talked about the many procedures she’s had done since then. Sharon said she has had her boobs done twice, a facelift, neck lipo, liposuction on her arms and legs along with a leg lift. But that’s not all…
She then proceeded to say she also had a tummy tuck, butt lift, butt implants, and cheek implants. Whew, that’s a lot. She said she has not had anything done to her lips or eyes and never will. She’s sworn off more surgery in the past, but it hasn’t stuck. We will just have to wait and see if Sharon will let it go, or continue to have more work done…
The famous supermodel Janice Dickinson has admitted that she has an addiction to plastic surgery. It has been reported that she has spent over $100,000 in plastic surgery alone and who knows what ungodly sum altogether on beauty-related products and services.
She has also stated that she thinks of herself as a nine hundred year old dinosaur and that if it wasn’t for 32 pounds of weave and almost fourteen inches of makeup she wouldn’t look as good as she does, well that and a little help for her surgeon.
We do like that she is one of the few celebrities who are completely truthful about their cosmetic surgeries. She even let herself be filmed in the process of getting botox. She says that she flies after every six months to Dallas to get botox injections so that she can look younger.
