The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Wanderlei Silva has had a legendary career that has taken him from top of The Pride Fighting Championships to the main event of UFC 139. He’s waged war against the likes of Chuck Liddell, Kazushi Sakuraba, Ricardo Arona, Dan Henderson, Quinton Jackson, Rich Franklin, and Cung Le; he’s also gotten the best and maybe only legitimate nose job (rhinoplasty) in the history of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). While many fighters have had their broken noses surgically repaired, Silva is the only one who apparently got some cosmetic work done while he was at it, rebuilding the entire bridge of his nose, and apparently having scar tissue removed from the areas around it. He had this done with what appears to have been a series of surgeries, essentially giving him multiple noses in his lifetime. The latest nose changed the entire look of his face, taking him from a man who looked a bit like the third guy from the left on the evolutionary chart, to…a guy who looks like the third guy’s handsome brother?
