Sammi “Sweatheart” Giancola is best, and well only, known as one of the stars of the hit reality train wreck Jersey Shore; and as part of her role on the show, it’s basically her job to look as overdone as possible. With that said, it should come as no surprise that she appears to have gotten a boob job (breast augmentation). In fact, it appears that they’ve gotten progressively bigger as Jersey Shore has reached it’s third and fourth seasons. This random chest growth would make sense if she had put on weight, but she’s done the exact opposite, and generally speaking, boobs don’t get bigger when you get smaller. Her breasts have also gotten progressively fuller over the years, another sign that usually points to plastic surgery. She said in a recent episode that she wants to get her boobs done, which makes it sound like she hasn’t had the surgery yet, but she could just be trying to throw her housemates off her trail. It’s also entirely possible that she’s just been wearing a string of epic push-up bras, which again would seem to go with the Jersey Shore motif. So what do you think folks?
