Well, it looks like the lure of plastic surgery is not as all-corrupting as we usually think. According to current star of Charlie’s Angels and former star of Friday Night Lights (and Derek Jeter’s love life) Minka Kelly, she was offered extension plastic surgery for free when she was 19 years old, and she turned it down. Says Kelly:

“I was 19. She was very seductive and said that she wanted to manage me and that I had a lot of potential. She said that she could get me a job at this doctor’s office in return for plastic surgery which I would need to be a Playboy Playmate.”

Kelly took the job (for about a month), but declined the surgery; which included liposuction, a breast augmentation, and “all kinds of stuff”. The mystery Playmate told Kelly that without plastic surgery she’d never make it, but Kelly didn’t listen, and now she’s one of Hollywood’s hottest young actresses.
