Lil Kim Before and After her first set of plastic surgery Procedures

At one time Lil’ Kim was good looking, but sadly she has now become a plastic surgery train wreck. She appears to have gotten massively oversized cheek implants, making her look a bit too “rosey”. What makes matters worse is that she’s also gotten a brow lift, making her eyes look surprised. I imagine that when she laughs, it’s absolutely terrifying. All this new face is held together by her nose job (rhinoplasty), which appears less “rapper” and more “Janet Jackson” looking now. Just recently Lil Kim has gone out and had another full on face change. Looks like she just tweaked all her previous procedures for an upgrade. Check out Lil Kim’s brand new face now.
