Here at Celebrity Plastic Surgery, we don’t usually like to post about the deceased, but Leona Helmsley basically once said that paying taxes is for poor people; so we’re sure that if she were alive,  she would’ve just flipped us off and went about her business. With that said, we’re  not sure what exactly the real estate billionaire/tax evading criminal had done to herself in her later years, but it didn’t look great. She appeared to have had collagen or Botox injected into her cheeks and lips,and a full face-lift; the results were less than desirable. However, she was 87 when she passed away, and she looked like she was in her seventies, so you’ve got to count that as a win. She also never went full-on overboard with her surgeries, which is an accomplishment when you consider that she was crazy enough to leave $12 million to her dog and zero to two of her four grand-children.
