Its time to once again play your favorite game folks: Did…She…Get…Implants! (Cue cheesy game show music) Today contestant is Grey’s Anatomy and 27 Dresses star, Actress Katherine Heigl! It looks like the young starlet either experienced a huge growth spurt in her mid-twenties, or went under the knife. When asked, surgeons seem to think she had a breast augmentation procedure, citing that her breasts are too round to be real. On the other hand though, she seems to keep a slightly fuller figure than most actresses, so maybe that means they’re homegrown. She claims they’re hers, but hasn’t ruled against surgery in the future. Is she being honest? Or artfully dodging giving a straight answer?
