Although tattoos themselves are a form of altering one’s body, you never really think of tattoos and plastic surgery going together. Generally, I’ve always thought that the mentality of someone who would be covered head to toe in ink, and especially the mentality of someone who would ink people for a living would be too free spirited to care about paying to have facial features altered. Kat Von D, of LA Ink fame, destroys this theory. In her short time in the public eye, she has already gone under the knife to get her nose thinner and pinched at the tip (rhinoplasty), and has most likely had a brow lift. She better slow down though, with her reality show fame and borderline good looks, she had all the makings of a Montag.
