So it is probably unfair to criticize her for having implants that look too large and fake, but some people think that that’s case with her. When asked about her pre-fame breast augmentation, one surgeon said, “It appears that she has had a sub glandular breast augmentation with very large implants, leaving quite a round and artificial appearance. Downsizing the implants and putting them under the muscle could help her chest to look more natural, but I doubt that’s what she wants.”. Of course that’s not what she wants!
