Shock jock and self proclaimed King of All Media, Howard Stern, admitted several years back on his Sirius XM Satellite radio show that he had plastic surgery. Stern is well known for his self deprecating sense of humor and joked he was so hideous looking plastic surgery couldn’t even help him. Stern said he always felt subconscious about his looks and finally decided to do something about it. Howard said he had a slight nose job and a neck lift to raise the sagging skin under his jaw line. You can see in these before and after pictures that he still looks like himself. The changes were very subtle. I think it’s really the weight loss over the years has really made him look better. Better for Howard Stern that is. I’d say Howard is a good example of what good plastic surgery can achieve. His results look natural, and if you didn’t see the before pictures you probably wouldn’t think he had anything done. Howard says he’s done with plastic surgery and ready to grow old gracefully with a Billion dollar fortune and hot young model wife. Baba Booey!
