Billy Bob’s look seems to be evolving slightly differently than the usual getting older pattern. Most noticeable of course would be the hair transplant and change of hair color although he seems to have gone back to gray for now.

Next, it seems that he has had his face smoothed and buffed. We suggest there may have been a little snip and clip (perhaps a face lift) in addition to botox, a shave and some refreshing cucumber cream masks. The results are pretty good, he looks refreshed. Someone did a good job tightening up his face a bit to help Billy Bob hold on to the middle-aged look for a little longer.
