Since the day she first appeared on The Real Housewives Of Orange County, Alexis Bellino has been the subject of a ton of plastic surgery speculation. Rumors have flown that she’s had a brow lift, a nose job (rhinoplasty), lip enhancement, cheek implants, facial filler, a breast augmentation, and a chin implant, but she’d only admit to the boob job and some Botox. We here are Celebrity Plastic Surgery were stumped when we first took a look at Alexis Bellino’s plastic surgery profile, we really couldn’t figure out fact from fiction. Well folks, she still really hasn’t admitted much more than the breast implants and the Botox, but she did come up with an awesome, partially crazy, partially true response to all of her critics. Bellino recently stated, “I believe it is okay for me to have a procedure done on my body because it boosts my confidence and I believe that God wants me to be happy.”. We can’t really argue with that one, so we guess she’s on a plastic surgery mission from God, Blues Brothers style.
If you have them flaunt them, if you don’t, then buy them and flaunt them. That’s exactly what silicone filled reality TV star Evelyn Lozada has done. It’s very obvious Evelyn has gotten a boob job, and not a very good one. Her chest is just too big for her small frame. In almost every picture of Evelyn she makes sure her boobs are the main attraction. She seems obsessed with them. Evelyn’s fifteen minutes of fame came from the VH1 reality show ‘Basketball Wives’ where she was engaged to football star Chad Ochocinco. A native of the Bronx New York, Evelyn has traded in her NYC roots for the glitzy and glamorous lifestyle. She’s engaged to a millionaire athlete, rocking a 10 carat diamond ring and wears a set of plastic Double D boobies. Evelyn is proof that with the right attitude and plastic surgery, you can achieve your dreams. One has got to wonder how many more dreams Evelyn has, and just how many more visits to the plastic surgeon will be needed to achieve them.

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z have just been listed by Forbes as one of the world’s richest and most powerful couples. What does it take to be number one? Certainly, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are great talents, but there are a lot of talented people out there, what sacrifices and “extra efforts” have they made to put themselves over the top. Specifically, here on this site, what we want to know is if Beyoncé might have made use of cosmetic enhancements aka plastic surgery.

Beyoncé Knowles is rumored to have had a nose job, breast augmentation, liposuction and conservative Botox injections. Pictures of “Sasha Fierce” in her earlier days show that the singer had a bigger and thicker nose. Today, Knowles’ nose is thinner, the bridge is more chiseled and the tip of her nose is more pointed. One plastic surgeon, Anthony Youn, said that Knowles, 29 (turning 30 in September), did have a rhinoplasty and that her new nose looks “elegant” and matches her face. Her nose job ignites the longtime rumors and debate about whether Knowles attempts to make herself look less black.

Its pretty clear something happened. And further evidence of implants is found under her armpits. The implants were probably inserted through her armpits because some pictures show her armpits with signs of a keloid – a thick raised scar where the incision was made.
Liposuction rumors fall on deaf ears because Knowles’ fat-free stomach and meaty thighs are a mix-match that cannot be achieved through surgery. She can thank her personal trainer and genes for that asset.
And another minor charge, hair extensions? Guilty as charged.
Former “Apprentice” bad girl Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth definitely kept it real with her breast augmentation. The reality star was the subject for the Discovery Channel’s show, “Plastic Surgery Before and After.” She wasn’t alone for the show. Her mother, Theresa, 64, went under the knife for a boob job, liposuction and a tummy tuck. Omarosa told Star that the augmentation has made a huge difference (pardon the pun). The 32 year old went from an A cup to a small D cup. Omarosa said she publicly had the procedure done to avoid speculation. She said people lie about having surgery, and she wanted to remain honest. My chest aches when I look at pictures of Omarosa. Those new breasts have to be painful. They don’t fit her body. Huge mistake (again, pardon the pun). It looks as if she has two water balloons sitting on her chest. Then, in some of her post surgery photos, her breasts look like they were greased down. They look gross. Omarosa recently said the surgery has helped her career. Not really.
It seems that Kelly Rowland has followed in the footsteps of her Destiny’s Child cohort, Beyonce Knowles – right to the plastic surgeon’s office. The solo artist has publicly admitted she had a breast augmentation and it is rumored that she had a rhinoplasty. Rowland reportedly went from an A-cup to B-cup. The singer, 30, said she was hesitant to discuss the breast job, but when rumors started to fly, she came clean. As for the nose job, she has never admitted to having the procedure but before and after pictures show a change in her nose. Internet gossipers say her new nose doesn’t change her face. Or, that she didn’t have surgery. Her nose adjustment is the result of makeup. I don’t agree. I think she had a nose job. If she didn’t, give that makeup to every woman who is considering a rhinoplasty so they can save some money. A magazine recently asked Rowland about her opinion of Botox. She is not a fan of the procedure now, but we will see if she changes her tune when the wrinkles come a jogging along.
For years, the beautiful Iman has helped women of color look their best. Are Iman’s flawless features the work of age or a plastic surgeon? The answer is a little bit of both. The Somali native had surgical procedures common among supermodels, a breast augmentation and a rhinoplasty. Some people question if she had her skin bleached. I took a look at a picture of Iman, who turns 56 in July, from 1975. Her skin was a lot darker, compared with the cocoa brown complexion she is associated with today. Nonmedical touchups courtesy of Photoshop could be the culprit of her lightened skin. In 2008, People magazine considered Iman an ageless beauty. She said her father, who was 70 at the time, looked as if he was 40. The thrice-married model also said she had no need for Botox – at least for now. Iman, wife of singer David Bowie, caught a lot flack in 2009 when she said first lady Michelle Obama was not a “great beauty.” Honestly, the comment was blown out of proportion. Iman did not say she was ugly, just that Michelle wasn’t supermodel material. SMH.
What can one say about the once naturally beautiful Vivica Fox. From her jacked-up breast implants being exposed in public to her screwed up top lip, no wonder she is referred to as the black Melanie Griffin. Based on an analysis of the pictures, Fox has made visits to the plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, Botox injections, dermal fillers, and Collagen lip implants. Her surgery might be a little extreme, but she is still a pretty woman. There are some actresses who have had the same procedures (Meg Ryan and Griffin come to mind) and look terrible. The “cougar” is not having too much trouble with her accented look. In late 2010, Fox, 46, got engaged to Omar “Slim” White, 27, an Atlanta concert promoter. Plastic surgeons say Fox’s procedures have allowed her to maintain her pre-existing beauty and her ethnic attributes. For instance, her nose is not too pointy. In addition, she has not used any skin bleachers. Fox has admitted that she is comfortable having plastic surgery because it keeps her ahead of the game.

Underwear and swimsuit models have to look good to fit in skimpy clothing. Model Selita Ebanks’ flat chest and ethnic nose were not working wonders for her career. The 28-year-old Caymanian model went under the knife for breast augmentation and rhinoplasty. Her nose job was completed early in her modeling career and her rack blossomed from an A-cup to a C-cup. Now she has the jiggle and cleavage to gain top-spot modeling gigs, such as donning the “Very Sexy” Holiday Fantasy bra set during the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. By having both procedures, Ebanks is poised for modeling stardom – at least we think. Hey, breast augmentation worked for the careers of Heidi Klum and Gisell Bundchen. Plastic surgeons applaud Ebanks’ rhinoplasty. The tip and the nostrils of her nose were narrowed, and the ridge of her nose is narrower. Her nose is smaller, but not too small, they contend. In 2007, Ebanks was engaged to actor Nick Cannon and, in 2008, dated New York Giants player Osi Umenyiora.
 Salt N Pepa, Sandra on the left  Ouch! 80s hair! Sandra Denton is one half of the successful 80s rap duo Salt N Pepa. Back in day, Sandra “Pepa” Denton represented all the cocoa sisters with her fly-girl attitude. Today, Denton is a prime example of why black and plastic don’t always mix. Credit her new look to a plastic surgeon. She does not look natural anymore. The Jamaica native once looked like a tall, sexy diva. Now she looks like RuPaul. There is obvious evidence that Denton has spent some dough to look younger than 43. She has gone under the knife for a rhinoplasty (most noticeably), an eyelid procedure (blepharoplasty), a breast augmentation and who knows what else. Others mention a few other adjustments, but, in my opinion, her lips were tampered with too. During a blepharoplasty, an incision is made on the eyelid and fat is repositioned in the eyelid causing the eyes to bulge or to get rid of the bagginess. Denton’s nose job puts the characteristic pointy tip to her honker that was not evident in previous pictures. To Pepa’s credit, she does not miss a step with her weave.

 Heather Locklear - When Botox goes wrong Heather Locklear has been adored by men everywhere since her first big exposure playing a cop whose hair was always way too perfect on TJ Hooker, and Sammie Jo on Dynasty. Some people think that she started experimenting with plastic surgery early in her career, but odds are that she waited until the late 80s/early 90s to go under the knife. She got a breast augmentation (she went bigger) before beginning her most famous run on-screen as a star of Melrose Place. She also started working on her nose around this time. It’s hard to tell if she’s had more than one nose job (rhinoplasty), as her nose has gotten thinner and more pinched at the tip as time has gone on. This points to at least one time under the knife, but it’s hard to tell if she has gone under numerous times, or just gotten older. More recently, it’s looked like she had either a facelift or gotten Botox. Her cheeks look fuller and her skin looks tighter, but again, it could just be that she’s aging. Either way, she still looks great for her age, and since she’s not with Richie Sambora anymore, she doesn’t have to share her hair products, so she’s got that going for her.
