Tyra Banks has had some undeniable chiseling and sculpting done to her nose. Some claim that the fashion model has had more than one operation done. You can see clearly that back in her school, early modeling days, her nose was rather wide. By 2001 though she already has what looks like a more refined nose with a sharper button tip. Then later the second (third, fourth?) version appears around 2007 where the nose looks very petite and dainty, a little more pinched and rounded, at risk of looking a little Jackson-esque. We’ll see how well it holds up.

Years from now, if you remember the name Nicolette Taylor at all, it will be as the face of a ridiculous, yet ever-growing trend: teenage plastic surgery. No, not 18 and 19 year olds getting boob jobs, that happens all the time and there wouldn’t be a swimsuit modeling industry without it, we’re talking about kids in middle-school going under the knife. Taylor, a 13 year old from Long Island, NY, recently got a nose job (rhinoplasty) to drastically change the size and shape of her nose; she says it was to stop her from getting bullied at school and online. Apparently, she’s not alone, as 90,000 surgeries were performed on teenagers last year for the same reason. We’re not even sure what to say right now; there’s a line in this whole cyber- bullying thing, and society is crossing it. Picking on kids is wrong, but has always happened; getting plastic surgery before you’re even done growing up though, that’s a bit drastic. We also couldn’t help but notice that young Nicolette has a youtube channel where she posts ridiculous videos of her singing and dancing; a fact that kind of makes us wonder whether she was really getting picked on that bad, or if she just likes attention.
Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z have just been listed by Forbes as one of the world’s richest and most powerful couples. What does it take to be number one? Certainly, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are great talents, but there are a lot of talented people out there, what sacrifices and “extra efforts” have they made to put themselves over the top. Specifically, here on this site, what we want to know is if Beyoncé might have made use of cosmetic enhancements aka plastic surgery.

Beyoncé Knowles is rumored to have had a nose job, breast augmentation, liposuction and conservative Botox injections. Pictures of “Sasha Fierce” in her earlier days show that the singer had a bigger and thicker nose. Today, Knowles’ nose is thinner, the bridge is more chiseled and the tip of her nose is more pointed. One plastic surgeon, Anthony Youn, said that Knowles, 29 (turning 30 in September), did have a rhinoplasty and that her new nose looks “elegant” and matches her face. Her nose job ignites the longtime rumors and debate about whether Knowles attempts to make herself look less black.
 Nose Job Before and After  Black and White Support for the rumor of Beyoncé’s boob job are found in the comparison of a 2002 photo where her chest was a little flatter and a 2005 photo (and others) where Knowles’ breast are fuller and the cleavage is better defined. Its pretty clear something happened. And further evidence of implants is found under her armpits. The implants were probably inserted through her armpits because some pictures show her armpits with signs of a keloid – a thick raised scar where the incision was made.
Liposuction rumors fall on deaf ears because Knowles’ fat-free stomach and meaty thighs are a mix-match that cannot be achieved through surgery. She can thank her personal trainer and genes for that asset.
And another minor charge, hair extensions? Guilty as charged.
 Carmen in 1999 Carmen Campuzano is or was a model in Mexico and currently works as an event organizer and hostess. Carmen demonstrates the number one lesson that should be taught about cosmetic surgery and that many people ignore – never go too far, too fast. If you make some subtle changes, a little botox, a little lift here or there, you just might get away with it and improve on what you’ve got.
As you can see above Carmen did have a big nose in 1999 but her surgery was a big mistake. She chopped off about half her nose.
The doc succeeded in making a button on the tip of the nose, that part went ok. What went wrong was the nasal phalanges on the sides of her nose. Too much flesh was removed, and without enough support, the nostrils collapsed. Subsequently, doctors performed various surgeries to try and give it some structure and repair the nose but so far no luck. Not only that, but Carmen has had trouble with infections, fluid and blood flow in her sinuses which can potentially be very dangerous and has required further surgeries. And you know what happened to Michael Jackson’s nose, he eventually had to use a prosthetic, or else plastic fillers instead of actual flesh.
Smokey Robinson is Motown royalty. His “Quiet Storm” voice is unmistakable. But, to some of his loyal fans, his face is not. Smokey is rumored to have gone under the knife for a brow lift, blephroplasty (eyelid surgery) and a face lift. The singer’s face is thinner and his skin looks like a pulled rubber band. The only explanation is a facelift. He looks strange. Robinson’s brow lift looks as if he has a surprised look on his face 24/7. I looked at an older picture of Robinson, and he was handsome. His eyebrows were closer to his eyes. Today, he looks a hot mess. I don’t understand why a man would want to have that much surgery done to him. Internet rumors suggest that Robinson also had a rhinoplasty. I beg to differ with that suggestion. He has the same nose and pretty green eyes, but he is a good example of plastic surgery gone wrong. Then, some contend he didn’t have plastic surgery. Yeah right! So much for aging gracefully, Smokey.

In her quest to go wrinkle free, singer and actress Vanessa Williams has admitted she is a proud user of Botox injections. The actress told Barbra Walters in a 2007 interview she is not looking to look perfect, she just wants “refreshment.” The first African American to win the title of Miss America seems to be very conscious about her skin; after all she is a spokeswoman for ProActive and has publicly admitted her battle with acne problems. Plastic surgeons say that Williams has obtained laser treatments such as Active Fx, Pixel, Titan, Affirm or Fraxel over the years to keep her skin as flawless as possible. Williams is also rumored to have a rhinoplasty because her current nose looks different compared to pictures from the 1980s and an eyebrow lift (blepharoplasty). A plastic surgeon said it appears her nose is narrower and her nostrils have been reduced. The “Desperate Housewives” and “Ugly Betty” star has not confirmed these rumors. Some say her forehead is a little stretched indicating a possible facelift but that’s a judgement call for you to make, she has always had a bit of a high forehead, are those eyebrows higher? At 48, Williams still looks somewhat natural despite the procedures she had to enhance her look.

As the wife of British Political Leader Willaim Hague, Ffion Hague has seen all sorts of rumors and gossip involve her in the tabloids. From stories of her husband’s rumored closet homosexuality, to stories about her own problems with fertility, Ffion has seen her name pop up in less than favorable articles more than once. With that said, it’s surprising that she would go and do something to put herself in the rumor mill once again, but it seems like the lore of the plastic surgeon’s table was too strong. It appears that Mrs. Hague got breast augmentation surgery recently and it didn’t turn out too well. Opting for too big of an implant in too small of a chest (it appears that she tried to make her A-cups into C-cups), she now sports a chest that looks like two softballs stapled to her chest. Needless to say, it’s not a good look, and this time, it’s not her husband’s fault she’s ending up in the gossip pages.
No matter how hard you try folks, you can’t look like an angel forever, and former Charlie’s Angels star Kate Jackson proves it. The Golden Globe nominated star of The Scarecrow and Mrs. King has recently been the subject of plastic surgery rumors. Her public battle with breast cancer (she’s a spokesperson for the disease) resulted in a partial mastectomy and subsequent breast augmentation, but that’s not the issue, and in fact, we should all applaud her bravery in the face of a horrible situation. Her apparent canthplasty (lower eyelid surgery) and facelift on the other hand, isn’t looking too great. Always known for her gorgeous, almond shaped eyes, Jackson went a little too far trying to fight off age and they now look tilted and pulled down at the corners (they sit almost diagonally on her face). Her facelift also didn’t come out too great, as her skin looks too tight and pulled, almost like she’s wearing a mask of her own face. With all that said, she still seems like a nice lady, and she doesn’t look too shabby for her age. So in the end, Kate Jackson is still a great person, she’s just no good at getting plastic surgery.
 
 
R&B singer Patti LaBelle has one of the prettiest voices and a wig collection to die for. In the early 80s LaBelle was sporting a “New Attitude.” Today, she sporting a new nose and is rumored to have received a facelift, necklift, forehead lift, and eyelid surgery. LaBelle looks outstanding for a 67 year old, but there is no doubt she has been under the knife to extend her beauty. She said a few years ago, despite the surgery, wanted to make sure she still had a “black nose.” I don’t understand that comment at all. If you want to keep your “black nose,” why have surgery in the first place? If it ain’t broke, honey, don’t fix it! Judging by pictures from LaBelle in the 1970s, she probably had her first procedure done in the early 1980s. The first surgery made her nose less broad, with a narrower tip, smaller nostrils and a defined bridge. LaBelle stunned attendees of the 2007 BET Video Awards when she performed a tribute to the late Gerald Levert. Her appearance was the showstopper. LaBelle’s face was wrinkle free, lacked sagging skin and her eyes were refreshed.

Has the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson been paying visits to the plastic surgeon? Looking at the before and after pictures it sure looks like she has. Spotting the work of Botox injections on Fergie is fairly easy. Notice her forehead is heavily wrinkled in some pictures and then in others the wrinkles are gone. You can see there is tightness to the skin as well. It also looks like she has had a possible lip augmentation as her lips appear to have more fullness than they had before. It’s also believed she may be using laser treatments to smooth her skin and give it a more youthful appearance. Recently rumors have Fergie getting a mini face-lift. One thing for certain is the pictures do reveal striking differences in her appearance. The Duchess is well known for her public weight loss mission. Now that she has shed the weight it looks like her face has become the last piece of the puzzle for her transformation.
Fergie has turned her Royal affiliation into a career. Her former husband is Prince Andrew. She is an author, film maker, spokeswoman, and a fundraiser.
