If you make some subtle changes, a little botox, a little lift here or there, you just might get away with it and improve on what you’ve got.

As you can see above Carmen did have a big nose in 1999 but her surgery was a big mistake. She chopped off about half her nose.

The doc succeeded in making a button on the tip of the nose, that part went ok. What went wrong was the nasal phalanges on the sides of her nose. Too much flesh was removed, and without enough support, the nostrils collapsed. Subsequently, doctors performed various surgeries to try and give it some structure and repair the nose but so far no luck. Not only that, but Carmen has had trouble with infections, fluid and blood flow in her sinuses which can potentially be very dangerous and has required further surgeries. And you know what happened to Michael Jackson’s nose, he eventually had to use a prosthetic, or else plastic fillers instead of actual flesh.

Even in the United States, there could be serious complications associated with having plastic surgery. In a desire to look good after have multiple children, Tameka Foster, ex-wife of R&B singer Usher, took that risk. She attempted to have a tummy tuck in Brazil in February 2009. But the surgery did not happen. A source told the National Enquirer during induction of anesthesia, the 38-year-old mother of five suffered a cardiac arrest, was resuscitated, and placed into an induced coma and transferred to a highly reputable hospital to recover. She is wrong for trying to be cheap. The saddest part of the story is Usher had to learn about her wife’s mishap on the Internet! Foster (note I refuse to use the Foster-Raymond mess for her last name) has placed her pursuit of plastic surgery on hiatus. All she is doing now is bothering the hell out of everyone with her stupid tactics.

With that said, it’s surprising that she would go and do something to put herself in the rumor mill once again, but it seems like the lore of the plastic surgeon’s table was too strong. It appears that Mrs. Hague got breast augmentation surgery recently and it didn’t turn out too well. Opting for too big of an implant in too small of a chest (it appears that she tried to make her A-cups into C-cups), she now sports a chest that looks like two softballs stapled to her chest. Needless to say, it’s not a good look, and this time, it’s not her husband’s fault she’s ending up in the gossip pages.

Looking at actress Melanie Griffith now, it’s hard to remember that she was once drop dead gorgeous. So gorgeous in fact she was able to land Latin heart throb Antonio Banderas for a husband. You might remember she was also married to Miami Vice star Don Johnson. These days, she’s a bit of a mess. Since her early days on-screen, she appears to have had cheek implants, causing her cheeks to look fuller but in a strange way. She’s also must have had a face lift, which is why her skin looks so tight, and it’s possible that she either had a nose job (rhinoplasty), or that her nose changed its shape via a miracle, so I’m guessing the former. She looks like a different person altogether. I’m sure it was never Melanie’s intention to alter herself so drastically but sadly the results are disastrous. You can now add Melanie Griffith to the bad plastic surgery list.

What makes matters worse is that she’s also gotten a brow lift, making her eyes look surprised. I imagine that when she laughs, it’s absolutely terrifying. All this new face is held together by her nose job (rhinoplasty), which appears less “rapper” and more “Janet Jackson” looking now.
