Fresh off her acquittal in the murder trial of her own child, Casey Anthony is rumored to be considering plastic surgery. Before we explain why, we must stress; Casey Anthony is not a celebrity. She’s a moron, at best the worst parent in the world, and at worst a murderer. However, she is in the public eye, and her plastic surgery considerations bring up an interesting point. You see, she wouldn’t be getting it for cosmetic reasons (at least that she would admit, she is known for her incessant vanity), she’d be getting plastic surgery to change her face to avoid the hatred and ridicule she would face as she re-entered society. Our question is: Should someone do it for her? Should she be allowed to hide from the hatred she’s by most opinions earned? Or should surgeons take a stand and deny her the ability to avoid her fate? We vote that she doesn’t get it, or that if she does, they give her the Jocelyn Wildenstein treatment. She should stick out, so that fans can say ”hello”. Of course, by “fans”, I mean “trucks”, and by “say hello”, I mean, “hit her a bunch of times”.

Named after the Barbi doll no less – a plastic phony reality. With unbelievable dimensions and extreme hair and postures these twins represent well the excesses of the superficial 90s. From a distance, and with the help of lighting, makeup and photography, everything looked great, if a little surreal in their photos. But looking a little closer and you might be a little frightened. Butts, cheeks, and lips of plastic, they are Frakensteinas of surgery. Let us not ask what might be altered, is any of it real? With those wide-eyes and strange faces it makes you believe even more that if you pricked them with a needle all the air would come hissing out as they deflate.

Wild woman Sharon Osbourne has never been shy on the subject of plastic surgery. The wife of famous rocker Ozzy Osbourne was overweight for several years, and her first procedure took care of that. In 1999, she lost 100 pounds after having “lap-band” surgery. It started off with operations to get her body back by removing extra skin after the weight loss, but has turned into much more. In a recent appearance on Dr. Phil, Sharon talked about the many procedures she’s had done since then. Sharon said she has had her boobs done twice, a facelift, neck lipo, liposuction on her arms and legs along with a leg lift. But that’s not all…

She then proceeded to say she also had a tummy tuck, butt lift, butt implants, and cheek implants. Whew, that’s a lot. She said she has not had anything done to her lips or eyes and never will. She’s sworn off more surgery in the past, but it hasn’t stuck. We will just have to wait and see if Sharon will let it go, or continue to have more work done…

Muammar Gaddafi struck fear in hearts of Americans in the 1980s with his threats on Ronald Reagan and his ability to be a crazed war monger while wearing ridiculously large hats. The Libyan Dictator pissed off the US Government so much that they banned travel to his country and ceased the importing of oil from it. Basically, he was an ACME rocket and a mountain fortress away from being a cartoon super villain. In this grand tradition, reports have come out recently that he stopped his own plastic surgery, which he was doing under local anesthesia (IE, he was awake) to eat a burger. Yup, while having fat sucked out of his hip and injected into his face (this results in a smoother look , kind of like botox) , and getting a hair transplant, Muammar (I wish Kennedy had been alive to Boston Butcher the pronunciation of his name, “MOE-MAHHH!”) got hungry. So he did what any normal insane person would do, and had his surgery halted while he and everyone in the room had a snack. This surgery was way back in ’95 tho, so his appearance as of late has been haggard, but for a time, he was the handsomest dictator on the block, and that’s saying something, considering it was back before Saddam Hussein got “Too busy for the gym”.

Ok so they’re not technically Celebrities, I’m not really sure they can pass as human either, but you can’t blame these plastic surgery train wrecks for trying. Everyone deserves to live right? Even if you would win the award for biggest freak show on two legs. Right is right, know what I mean? So I present below some shocking examples of what happens when it all just goes horribly wrong.

Ok I give up. What animal mated with a human to create this? Doesn’t she knows she has a crazy mask on?

Now this is freaking scary. This woman has transformed herself into something that is really beyond words. She seriously looks like she would beat the living snot out of you.

Look it’s Paris Hilton and a friend. There must have been a 2 for 1 sale at Dr. Hacko’s Plastic Surgery.

At first I thought this was spookey guy Marilyn Manson… but a horrid second looked proved me wrong. It’s my choice for most scary nightmare stalker. If someone was going to stalk me and hack me into little pieces this is what I imagine the crazy killer would look like.

If I were into crazy looking women who looked like an ugly man this woman would steal my heart. Those lips look like they have been sucking the exhaust pipe off Honda Civic.

The Mad Scientist Bogdanoff Brothers

Leaving Hollywood superficial territories for a moment, lets see what international plastic people can we find. Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff are a great place to start. They were extremely popular in the 1980’s on French television. The brothers are even well-known scientists. However, they have been dragged into many controversies over the publications of their work in physics and mathematics.

They once had very good boyish looks which was one of the things that landed them on popular shows such as Temp X. it was not until the 1990’s that the twins had their first round of plastic surgery. And since then it has been one after another. It is evident from their photos that they have had a good number of cheek and chin implants, botox as well as fillers over the last years. Good Lord what do they think they are doing with their chins?

Their faces now remind of us the famous socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein. The 63-year-old that has had multiple major works done on her face which has left her with a very strange morph alien look.

The twins were most recently seen the night of Chopard’s 150th private party, along with other stars who attended the event including Naomi Campbell, Kate Beckinsale, Marion Cotillard, Eva Herzigova and Myleene Klass. The brothers were almost unrecognizable due to their latest batch of face morphing.

Update – As one commenter noted some people have been speculating that the twins’ facial appearance could be the result of acromegaly, a condition where excessive growth hormone is released into the body causing the extra growth of flesh and disfigurement and some other complications. The dramatic changes in the size of their cheeks and chins is definitely mysterious and needs some kind of explanation. If it is the case that they suffer from some kind of condition, the brothers may just be trying to do what they can with the lot they have been given in life and we wish them the best.

Heidi Montag Thinks She’s Made Good Decisions, Runs Mouth

Well, we could write full time about this girl (and many people obviously do) but let’s just give an update for this week.

Heidi Montag has put down the reports she is severely depressed following her extensive cosmetic transformation – claiming the dramatic overhaul was the best decision of her life. Does that mean it was a good decision or that all the other decisions she has made have been worse?

“The Hills” star has been hounded by reports that she laments her excessive surgeries this year undergoing days of multiple operations.

After all this she apparently recieved negative comments from many friends and called the cops on her Mom.

Anyway, if you were to listen to her side of the story she denies it all and claims the surgeries were the best thing she ever did.
