Angelina Jolie might be the most beautiful woman in Hollywood but you didn’t think she was perfect did you? Although Angelina has not had a lot of work done it looks pretty clear she had a nose job years ago. These pictures of a young Angelina clearly show a much fatter nose than she has now. No doubt the work of a skilled plastic surgeon helped slim and trim that nose to get a slightly more elegant look. Most women would kill for Angelina’s lips and cheek bones and those are 100% authentic. Rumors are Angelina Jolie has started botox injections to try and roll back a few years off her looks. That can only work for so long, the inevitable awaits.

It wasn’t like she had a huge nose, but it was wider. She is beautiful now, and she was beautiful then. If something needs a little tweekin, tweek it. It certainly is not an obvious nose job. I did the same when I was in my early twenties. So what.
I think she was absolutely stunning before the nose job, but either way a gorgeous woman. Let’s just say that the doctor had a good foundation to build on. This isn’t an extreme makeover. The nose just made her more Hollywood. As soon as you get an agent, they tell you what you will have to “fix” to have a better chance, so very few people in Hollywood haven’t had something done. She has been named most beautiful of just about everything so I’d say it was a good choice.
I am not so sure it was a surgery. A few years ago, people would have said that I had a fairly wide nose and that it was too big for my face. It isn’t anymore, and I have definitely not been under the knife.

the lips are NOT 100% authentic. It’s quite obvious shes had her upper lip enlarged and probably reduced the lower lip as well.
Sirsly, I agree.. she obviously had naturally large lips but were a bit out of proportion and she had the lower lip reduced and then the upper lip injected or whatever so they can be more symmetrical
seems like shes had other stuff done to.. but you can never get ‘what’ it is..
I don’t see the big deal. Her nose is almost the same….who hasn’t had a litle work done……she has had very little…who cares.

She should’ve kept her nose natural. She was a very naturally beautiful woman in the first place. With regards to what the big deal is, I’m pretty sure that as a woman you’d rather receive compliments about your natural beauty than beauty that’s been paid for?..
Just watch True Women and you will have no doubt that she had a nose job. Her nose is 1/2 the size at the tip and her entire face looks different. No amount of aging, gaining or losing weight will cause the tip of your nose to reduce drastically and become chiseled looking.

I think she got her nose done but her lips? Uh no, look at all three of her bio kids. They have her lips.
It doesn’t look altered at all. I think it just the natural process of aging. 10 years ago my nose was stubby, minimal nose bridge height, and I had a round face. Now I got corners on my face (defined cheeks and jaw) and a nice thinner nose. No surgery at all. It because our fat layers on our face thin over time, making our skin stretch tauter over the skull. An our nose lengthens over time too!
Seriously when your 14 you don’t look the same in your 20′s. Her face looks the same minus the baby fat. My face thinned out when I got in my 20′s too!

this is ridiculous. She didn’t have a nose job. Her nose doesn’t even look wider. And even if it does, the angle a picture is taken and makeup can have a major rule in that. It doesn’t look like to me that she’s undergone any plastic surgery procedures. So really people, just leave her alone.

Angelina Jolie (besides having her face stuffed full of silicone) has had her BOTTOM LIP REDUCED BY 50%!!! I wonder if she’s a p.s. addict? NO ONE is saying anything about her lip reduction. She had it reduced at around 13 (by 15 her bottom lip was 40% smaller than at 13) and for the movie CHANGELING her bottom lip is 50% smaller than when she started acting.
AJ’s lips are now smaller than all her copycats. What a pity!
I think she most definitley had a nose job. It’s less rounded at the bottom and the bridge is a little smaller, but it’s tastefully done so it looks natural. I personally find her very unattractive. She’s too thin and scrawny, her face is very pastey and she has the sort of gothic look about her. She looked much better as a teen, fuller face, she actually had a warm smile.

Nose job and chin implant!

she just grew into it.
i doubt she had plastic surgery on her nose. she was very young then. my nose was wider when i was younger and became skinnier as i grew up. i also had a boyfriend that when we were 13 vs. 18, you’d swear it wasn’t the same guy. his nose was huge and now it’s tiny. i doubt he had rhinoplasty!! we change as we grow older. it’s called aging.
She was always beautiful.

She has chin implant and liposuction in the jaw.

Looking at the pics on the page, two changes stand out; her nose has been refined and her lips have been adjusted to look more symmetric. Her lips are puffy, but there was a visible difference in size, now not so much..
but hey, she must have grown into it or lost weight in her lower lip or gained weight in her top lip…also the more I look at the pics it seems a face is a bit more square than oval
but maybe those are just aging changes..
i want to believe she hasn’t done anything, but i’m not so sure anymore – in some her recent pics she has a sort of a michael jackson look at times… i hope that’s not the way she’s heading…
It’s obvious Angelina had ALOT of work done PERIOD! Fans of hers need to be realistic and calm down. I’m one of her biggest fans!!! Everybody in Hollywood had work done. Humans are made to age and naturally we all will age. Hollywood is paid to stay perfect so they all get work done to themselves. No offense to anyone, I hope the next thing Angelina fixes is her ugly teeth! She is pretty when she smiles when her mouth is closed but in my opinion, she has the ugliest teeth ever!

I dont even think she got plastic surgery. If it is then its the smallest possible. But in these pictures you compare a 14 year old to a 35 year old. alot of natural change can happen to a nose between that time….
Yes, she did. Almost all people in hollywood do it, some more than others, but almost all. She was better before to me and no, not only because the age.

These photos of teen Angelina emerged long after the media. I understand a lot of plastic surgery and I had already noticed that done surgery on the nose (with cartilage graft taken from the ear) when I compared her new nose ,that caught my attention, with her nose in the film Tomb Raider, in Tomb Raider shewas an adult and had already adopted their first child.
