Ali Lohan is following in the superficial footsteps of her big sister Lindsay. At only 14 years old, the younger Lohan appears to have made a visit to the plastic surgeon. Or should we say It looks like several visits.
Take a look at these before and after pictures. You can clearly see something ain’t right. Yes, Ali is a teen so she is still developing, but developing big fat lips and a smaller nose ain’t the way it works folks.
The changes are pretty drastic for someone so young. Lip injections, freckles bleached away, blue contact lenses. Ali had a nose job last year and a boob job wasn’t too far behind.
Why would her parents allow this you ask? That’s Hollywood for you.

hey ali lohan needs to realize that she aint gonna get famous any time soon so she needs to stop altering her body. i know her mom is messed up but she is lk 16 and by now she should know that she was pretty to start with and no one is in love with the way the look but if every insecure teenage girl went and got fake boobs and a new nose than no one would remember what the term ‘real’ means, which is sad.

I didn’t get breasts til I was 14, even then they were slow coming. It’s possible she has merely grown up a bit and ‘blossomed’.
GB Hazelton, the one on the right is NOT Ashlee Simpson.. you can tell. It doesn’t even really look like her. I do see where you got that though. But you can tell that’s a Lohan picture, because they all have those horrible cheek bones.

Anyhoo I agree with the lips & nose, but I think her boobs might be real because her mom & sister both have semi-big boobs
She does kinda look like Ashlee Simpson and that’s a good thing cause I think she looks cuter after her surgery too! I think she kinda resembles her sis Lidsay a little bit in the after pic too. Before she looked kinda ugly with those freckles. I think she looks prettier after. But I think it might be alot to do with hair and makeup too. She just looks kinda plain in the before pic.
her nose looks the same, and i do think she got her bob from her mom, “contact” are not plastic surgury, and her upper lip may disappear when she smiles, but it does look likes pouting, her freckles were also Not bleached, foundation seems to be envolved though. the only think that bothers me is that her top is too open for a 14 year-old, it’s kinda asking for negative attention.
When I was 14, my boobs went from a training bra (AA cup?) to a full C. That’s called puberty.
I like her face better in the before picture though.
She had a very 60′s Italian drama look, and afterwards she has that plain german/spanish/french mutt look that is so common to the US, regardless of ethnic background. Think Zoey dechanel, katy perry, ashley simpson, etc etc i don’t know the rest of their names as they all morph into one another
Er, she’s a teenager..she hasn’t stopped growing. I went from a 32B to a 32D in four months without surgery so..
I definitely agree with the others — I wouldn’t be so quick to call it a boob job. More likely than not, she’s just filling out. Even if her parents allowed it, I doubt a doctor would perform breast augmentation on someone that young.
